wij verbleven hier 1 nacht, vanaf de boot op onze auto doorreis door Engeland. We waren dus met eigen auto die we op het eigen terrein kwijt konden, erg fijn dus. De kamer was schoon, netjes en fris, met eigen toilet en douche, en niks op aan te merken. Alle waar naar zijn geld. Er was geen ontbijt, wat we wisten, maar er zit een Wetherspoon dicht bij, voor ons was dat prima. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door de heer Hussain, die ons van alles vertelde over de stad. De locatie ligt op loop afstand van het station, en is een prima locatie voor voetbal toeristen die een wedstrijd van Ipswich Town willen bij wonen, want het Portman Road stadion ligt op vijf minuten lopen. Voor ons zou Bridge Guest House zeker een t****e bezoek waard zijn.

En la zona del bar donde se encuentra una naturaleza relajada, puedes ordenar comida desde el menú del bar o del menú del restaurante. La piscina, la sauna y el vapor son una necesidad. Aunque tienen el tratamiento de spa disponible, no puedo comentar, ya que no utilicé la instalación. Si deseas relajarte o visitar el mar, Felixstowe está a sólo 30 minutos en coche. Esta es la segunda vez que hemos estado en el Belstead Hotel y puedo decir honestamente que volveremos a visitarlo.

The room we had was amazing, it was a very large room and bathroom. It was clean but looked a bit dated. Couldn't sign in automatically had to wait for a member of staff, this was a bit of a pain. Breakfast was not great, was asked what type of egg we wanted, this was a nice touch, but the bacon and sausage were certainly overcooked, the apple juice had a very odd taste. A new drinks machine is needed as they t takes so long to make a drink. Overall the room was really good, breakfast let it down.

I stayed at the novotel ipswich centre on the 8th July. I was very impressed with the communal areas and especially so the room for the price spacious and interior decor was very nice. Bathroom ceiling above the shower needed some attention but didn't impact our stay. Staff were friendly and breakfast was plentiful and varied options for all. That said I forgot my phone charger when packing which I left in the room. I tried contacting the hotel on the 9th which was date of departure when I realised but no answer left a message but no one responded. I emailed again no response I tried calling again on the 11th and the receptionist told me that they were having a meeting with housekeeping at 12 and someone would call me back. No one did so I called again and was told nothing had been found. Whilst I expect the housekeeping that enter rooms are honest and properly vetted I don't just expect that to be whilst I'm staying I also expect it if I inadvertently leave something behind. This shouldn't be an opportunity for cleaner's to help themselves. Luckily it was only a charger but is easy done this will definitely make me think again when looking for hotel accommodation in the future very disappointing

It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Rooms are spacious well equipped and comfortable. Staff are amongst the most friendly and helpful we have come across in a hotel and went out of their way to make our stay special. Food and drink were high quality, and a wide selection of both was available. Great view over the harbour from our room.
