La ubicación del hotel es relativamente tranquila, el vecindario es una zona residencial, la habitación está limpia, la habitación familiar es cómoda, el baño es grande, la habitación estándar no puede agregar una cama extra, la habitación es mediana, la mañana es bien, el estilo inglés se cocina a pedido. Se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche del centro de Gravesend. Hay una buena casa familiar. El buffet cuesta 16,9 libras por persona y se fríe en el acto. Estacionamiento gratis

La ubicación es excelente, a pie del lago y de los bosques cercanos. El personal es amigable y el servicio es bueno. Las habitaciones son anticuadas y podrían hacer con mucho de modernización, por desgracia, no está ni siquiera en par con algunas residencias. Las paredes están vacías, así que puede oír ruidos y voces de las habitaciones vecinas. Las habitaciones no brillan limpias, se le da lo que se espera de un hotel de 3 estrellas. El desayuno está bien. En general, si usted está buscando un parada para la noche y quiere despertar a hermosas vistas, entonces definitivamente reserva una habitación con una vista y no la habitación estándar que puede terminar por encima de la vista A2. No obstante, reservamos una habitación de lago que se asignaba en el segundo piso y la vista era muy agradable.

Very clean room and very spacious! 8 minutes away from bluewater shopping centre which has lots of different food spots for you to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great stay !!

Text: The staff were always helpful and the room was clean. Unfortunately the aircon didn't work and although to his credit, the manager did find another fan to use, it was still quite humid on the third floor. There was no signs of it being repaired and I wondered if it would ever be repaired. The shower was just great and quite powerful. A very pleasant surprise. I would stay there again and will be needing to travel to the area in July/August but the aircon will need to be working which I doubt will be repaired. Will book elsewhere. No breakfast was included but I discovered a cafe near the Orange tree pub Hawley Rd that did a substantial breakfast. Not sure who the guy is with his back photo but nothing to do with my review or indeed why its relevant in this situation. Maybe TripAdvisor should remove it.

I really do hate to complain, as my first point of contact when I arrived to your hotel, both myself and my colleagues were disgusted. We was greeted by your receptionist, not sure of her name but she was clearly well and truly wasted. Not sure what on, but despite what it was does not make it okay! It is degrading as a business and will definitely steer customers away, upon speaking to other guests, they had also noticed this… surely it is obvious I mean come on!! It was very non welcoming to be greeted by someone who was swaying all over the place, constantly sniffing, in her own dream land. Please all I ask is for this to be discussed and assessed because behaviour like this is not welcoming to any guest!! Management, step up, this is not okay! It actually ruins it for what is such a beautiful hotel… never once had an issue here, other staff are great, just wanted to address this as it really did put us on edge. Have informed the police so anyone else who faces this same discomfort please feel free to add to the report, hopefully then it can be addressed!! Will definitely look at an alternative hotel next time.
