Atención con lo que digo. Este hotel rompe con todo lo que refiere a insultar a sus clientes e irrespetar la relación huésped - Anfitrión. 1) El servicio del Hotel es realmente Pésimo. No cuentan con transfer propio. Cuando les pregunté su respuesta fue que simplemente no lo necesitan. ( Tomen en cuenta que el hotel está a 20 mints del centro de la ciudad. 2) Su servicio de concierge es realmente malo, siempre que se les consultaba alguna opinión, era realmente apática su manera de responder y de dar soluciones. 3) El segundo día, se activó la alarma contra incendios a las 06:00am, hicieron desalojar a familias con niños en brazos, a -10 grados afuera del hotel. Cuando realmente fue una falsa alarma. Todo el staff veía al equipo correr, y ellos realmente como si nada pasará. ( No ofrecieron siquiera una disculpa por lo ocurrido) solo con mucha arrogancia no se preocupaban siquiera en responder, de lo ocurrido. 4) el servicio de limpieza es realmente MALO. nos quedamos 10 días, y más de 3 días nunca limpiaron la habitación, ni suministraron agua Mineral a la habitación. ( Bajo a Planta y su GENERAL MANAGER, me responde de manera muy grifera que por cada agua, tiene un costo adicional de 3 Euros.) Cuando le consulto sobre la limpieza de los cuartos, me dice que el problema es que tienen poco personal de limpieza y han estado muy ocupados con las otras habitaciones. 5) La Comida en términos Generales es mala, nada Variada, el desayuno es siempre lo mismo. Nada balanceado. 6) El hotel estuvo 3 días sin WIFI, sus respuesta era ( lo estamos reparando) Definitivamente no repetiría Jamás en este hotel, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The hotel has character, is clean, warm and spacious with sitting areas, logfire, bar,stunning views, a great restaurant and spa. It's just a short walk down some steps to the shops and ski slope. We stayed on the 4th floor, our room was lovely with a balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. It had everything you could want. The staff were amazing, so friendly and considerate, nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic. I've read some negative reviews about the food and wonder if these people ate at the same place i did? We were half board. Breakfast was a self-serve buffet with a selection of breads, cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, salad, pastries and sausage, bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. It was so filling, we skied all day and didn't need to stop for lunch! Evening meal changed daily, there was a choice between 2 starters and then a main course, if they didn't take your fancy there's a standard menu with a choice of 3 starters and 3 different mains. Desert is a selection of cakes. The portions don't look huge but were rich and filling, certainly don't leave feeling hungry! It's traditional Fench dishes so I guess if you are a pie and mash/fish and chips person maybe the food wouldn't be for you. Part of our half board package included eating at 3 other very local ”sister” hotels, we tried them all and found the food to be of an equally high standard, bookings need to be made through reception the night before, we had no problem getting a table on each occasion. The spa was clean and well maintained. There's a small outdoor pool, not really big enough to swim lengths but perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the views. Also a sauna and steam room which was just what I needed at the end of the day. You can book various massage treatments but we didn't so can't comment. We had a wonderful week, would highly recommend and 100% will be returning.

AAsumi JEveryone at hotel including ski shop was very accommodating and very nice I recommend this lovely hotel ! It’s gotta amazing spa sauna and steam room, ski hire was reasonably priced compared to others and very easy access to ski out the door directly outside the locker room.

韦韦恩贝格-克布利茨宣统Parece ser un apartamento anexo de un hotel de nivel estrella. Si llega por la noche, deberá registrarse en el siguiente hotel. La ubicación no está en la carretera principal, sino en la parte trasera de la fila frente a la estación de tren. Hay microondas, hervidores y cafeteras. Cocina eléctrica, sartén, refrigerador, pero sin sartén, sin condimentos, cama cómoda, generalmente muy buena, hay muy poca comida alrededor, Annecy es demasiado cara, así que está bien vivir aquí y pasar.

We stayed here for one night on 18/6. We were with a Rail Discoveries Group travelling from Paris to Milan and broke our journey in Chambery. Ideal location if using the station as the hotel is directly opposite. Easy check in and good size room and bathroom. Very pleasant bar and restaurant staff. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Very short walk into the town centre if you wish to explore. Perfect for an overnight stop.

Wwork2travel25I stayed in bed two of dorm one. This is a 10 bed dormitory. The bathrooms were clean enough. We did have an issue because the toilets are inside a bathroom that also contains a glass shower and an outdoor door. The gentleman on that side of the room kept the outdoor door closed the entire time so we were not able to use the toilets. I had to go to the reception desk to have them talk to the men so that they would leave the outer door open, so the ladies could use the toilets. The reason I give this one star is BEDBUGS I woke up in the morning and found two bedbugs in my bed. Over the next day I developed dozens of bites. I had to miss a day hiking and go on oral steroids to get my allergic reaction under control. There are several very easy things this hotel could do to reduce or eliminate bedbugs. They should remove the carpet in the dorm room and eliminate all of the stuffed chairs and furniture and places where bedbugs hide.

The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The pool is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The view from the room was gorgeous, I could see the mountains in Chambéry and a beautiful sunrise. The staff was very kind and placed a kettle in my room upon request. I will definitely return.

UUsuario invitadoNous sommes venus la semaine dernière, lors de notre périple cycliste. David, le gérant de l’hôtel, nous a super bien accueilli et à fait en sorte que notre passage d’une nuitée se passe du mieux possible. L’hôtel est très confortable et calme, loinde l’agitation routière de Moûtiers. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Merci David pour ton professionnalisme !

The location is good if you want to be close to the ski lift, but that’s about the only good thing. The facilities look like they used to be good 10 years ago but have not been refreshed. The staff have no motivation and most speak no English - the lady at the reception does not even try to understand English or any attempt of French (our is not great). With the different people we interacted you get the feeling that they could not care less about guest satisfaction. The spa pretends to have restrictions where you need to reserve, but there’s nobody there to check who’s coming in, so at the end of the day it gets very crowded and there are no towels. Breakfast is ok Bottom line, if you get a cheap rate and know that you’re getting maybe 2 or 3 star standard then go for it, but not worth above that
