A lovely, small and friendly hotel in a bustling French village approximately an hour away from Paris. The rooms are compact and basic but are clean and warm. The beds are comfy and there are tea and coffee making facilities along with an extra blanket if needed. The breakfast is varied, fresh bread and pastries on a daily basis and the breakfast room has plenty of seats/tables and is clean and well laid out. There is a small bar with cosy seating areas around the bar. The hotel manager is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of shops located close to the hotel selling everything from books, clothes, wine and some amazing Patisseries with the most beautiful cakes, breads and pasties. The area is lovely, very clean, there is a church and a pond and a fountain, perfect for an evening stroll. I had a lovely long weekend stay and would definitely return.

Reservamos este hotel por seis noches desde el 24 de junio de 2012. El hotel es muy tranquilo pero cerca del centro de Rueil y transporte a París. La ubicación es especialmente encantadora y agradable:y rodeada de restaurantes muy buenos en la atmósfera perfecta para una cena romántica o un almuerzo en familia/amigos. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, y tiene un buen precio para el hotel. El Wi-Fi gratuito y rápido con código se añade a este hotel.

Very rude receptionist, upon check out I wanted to ask for a paper invoice to provide to my boss that day for our expense reimbursement policy. This is a completely normal exercise for any other hotel chain I've used in the Rueil-Malmaison area. I've never had an issue to get a paper invoice and I could see that the office had a giant printer. The woman working that morning was very annoyed I even asked and she made a face because I motioned for her to come out of the office because I had a question. There was no one else around at first so it's not as though I was interrupting another guest. She was extremely rude to myself and eventually another guest who appeared after me, also asking for the same simple request for a printed invoice. Technically this should be provided at the point of sale when my card was charged the night before. I have never been spoken to in that manner by a hotel staff member, especially for something that any other hotel provides without question. I will tell my colleagues to avoid this hotel if this is the service they will face. I would like to be contacted to address this situation as the woman at the desk that morning was rude to both of us without cause and I am sure she is damaging your hotel's reputation towards clients, especially business clients since we need the receipts for our company reimbursement.

Tienes una habitación muy grande, buena desayuno. ¡Definitivamente un excelente valor por dinero!

I was looking forward to staying here and as we arrived I thought what a lovely place. We were welcomed at the hotel by a charming receptionist and shown to our bedroom. To begin with it appeared ok, but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet would not stop running water,. We did report this but it could not be repaired. The furnishings, apart from the curtains and bed, were very poor quality, tatty and ”well used”. The coffee machine was a complete failure, all it would do would flood everywhere so we gave up on that. A box of tissues in the bathroom with one tissue in it , A leaky plug in the sink etc., etc. This is a four star hotel and this was more like a two star. Anyway, we decided to have a swim and were so disappointed that we would have to book in advance and it would cost 45 euros each for one hour. WHAT!!!!!!!! 90 euros for the two of us????????? Needless to say we did not do that. The Saturday was very wet and we decided to have a snack in the lounge. Well, another disappointment that was closed and we were told that they open on all the other days but close Saturday lunchtime. This hotel needs a wakeup call!!! You are in Paris, Saturday when there are tourists and you close your bar. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast could have been great if they had remembered to put milk in the coffee machine. After pointing out there was no milk when it arrived we got a coffee. YUK, so strong could not drink it, in fact I decided that they had allowed that to happen so you would not have a coffee for breakfast, This was the same for the two days that we were there. It could be a five star hotel but they have to improve on the basic needs of their customers, or are they not bothered???

La ubicación no es la mejor, pero me ha acomodado en términos de propósito de mi visita a París. Distancia fácil a pie de la estación de Nanterre Ville RER. Hotel es sin lugar a dudas, habitación muy cómoda. Venta de máquinas en el lobby con la selección de preparaciones, bebidas calientes y frías blandas. También la capacidad de ordenar varios tipos de comida rápida localmente y tenerla entregada a su habitación. Sólo una cuestión menor se encontró el piso de la ducha bastante liso. Inicie sesión a las 2pm. No hay opción de ingresar por primera vez, aunque la habitación esté lista. El hotel dispone de instalaciones de aparcamiento de carreteras aseguradas por el coste si viaja por coche.

Okko Rueil Malmaison is a great place with warm and welcoming staff. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Vraiment très bien, chambre confortable et calme avec grande télé, le personnel est aimable, tout est propre. Rien à redire. Je n'ai pas essayé le petit déjeuner. Le centre ville ( très joli) n'est pas loin. Il y a aussi un parking que je n'ai pas essayé car j'ai trouvé une place ( payante) juste devant l'hôtel.

Vine aquí para negocios varias veces al año y me gusta este lugar. El hotel es moderno y limpio. El personal es competente y las habitaciones son espaciosas y tranquilas. El desayuno también es muy agradable y está cerca de RER. El bar es bueno para tener una conversación con colegas después del trabajo.
