Fabuloso
Mmiss banzaiEs un pan y desayuno muy bonitos. Los huéspedes son muy amables y bienvenidos. Cuando llegué me invitaron a tomar una copa y a conocerse. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. I went for business trip , so the location was a bit isolated for me, but for those going on holidays, family trip or bike trip I totally recommend.

Sshtmpearlbeautiful hotel is located right next to the Cathedrale and within the city center. So close to all restaurants and a lovely walk in the city.
Room is pretty and fully equipped with all amenities.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite there is no lift to go up stairs, friendly staff was able to assist with the luggage.
Highly recommended this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoPersonnel très agréable, efficace et attentionné. Propreté et confort de la chambre irréprochables, literie parfaite. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était magnifique : un très grand choix d'aliments frais et de grande qualité. Etablissement que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci à toute l'équipe de Metz !

JJarkko Matias (Jaake)Excellent hotel for cheap price. Clean and nice room, and nice little pool too. Nice environment and not too far from the central city.
There was a fridge and wine classes in the room and all kind of kitchen equipment as well. Even a washing machine for the dishes. Great!

UUsuario invitadoWe booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine.
If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

MMissus OEverything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service.
In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

BBronsteinComo hace dos semanas en Ludres, me encontré con créditos de dinero que en parte no se explicaban, y me habían precedido a Trip y me habían usado monedas. El hotel debe saber al menos que el cuarto está pagado. ¿Atrapar a los extranjeros estúpidos? El hotel ya lo conozco por mucho tiempo. Las habitaciones son un poco más grandes que en el hotel adyacente y ahora tienen un refrigerador y una máquina Senseo (foto). Como era uno de los pocos, era muy tranquilo. El hotel tiene un ascensor y algunas habitaciones tienen una vista del valle.
Hace 3 años, era de los hoteles B & B.
Los tiempos de apertura son limitados. Puede que estés en la puerta cerrada. Hay un aparato automático para recibir el mapa de la habitación.

Mmiss banzaiIt is very basic, small, there is no hair dryer, you can hear all noises through the wall (in the morning you can hear the people talking when having breakfast). Location is not the best, but there is a bus stop next the hotel to get into the city centre within a 20min ride. There is definitely better value for money if you are looking more for a budget hotel. But if you just stay for one night it is OK. Don't have high expectations. The staff there are very friendly.

UUsuario invitadoIt's a cheap basic hotel with small and clean rooms. Basic breakfast, but in accordance with the price. Price/quality ratio is OK. Close to main roads and restaurants.
I've booked one night on TRIP.com, breakfast and taxes inclusive and I received a confirmation by email. Nevertheless, at arrival at the hotel, the deskmanager said that a Chinese firme (so, not directly TRIP.com) made our booking without breakfast and taxes and they claimed the payment.
