Un super duo de réceptionnistes, professionnels et très accueillants. Séjour de 4 nuits dans un appartement rénové de catégorie supérieure (très propre).Literie parfaite, kitchenette bien équipée avec toute la vaisselle, les ustensiles, couverts, éponge, torchons, produit vaisselle. Emplacement idéal, au pied de la douane de Moillesulaz avec le tram direct pour Genève. Très satisfaite de mon séjour !

This hotel suited us as we where only staying for two nights on our way to st Tropez, The hotel is basic but is clean. Convenient Location for the supermarket, McDonald’s etc, Now the bad bits…. The restaurant is closed at the weekend which was a shame as we would have preferred to stay onsite, I feel they loose revenue with this decision. The breakfast was included in our rate, it’s extremely basic but was good enough for our needs. Would stay again

Ubicación cómoda para los que tienen el coche, porque a pocos kilómetros hay Ginebra y con unos pocos kilómetros más se puede llegar a tantas metas de la Savoia francesa, como las zonas del lago Leman o Bourget, el Mont Saleve. Gran habitación, TV 50 pulgadas, excelente limpieza. Aparcamiento gratuito. Hemos cenado varias veces y se come bien, aunque los platos son pocos. Buen desayuno donde realmente hay todo. La crítica es la organización del desayuno, con poco personal y si por casualidad encuentras grupos de personas con un automóvil, puedes no encontrar muchas cosas porque terminan, porque a menudo en esos grupos había gente mal educada que se tomaba en el tabla la botella de agua, quitandola a otros, así como croissant u otras cosas, tomadas en cantidades industriales (tal vez incluso llevandolos a la parte o peor, comiendo algo para dejarlo allí), Y lamentablemente el personal no dijo nada dejar que correr; a menudo había archivos en la máquina de café, lenta. Otra crítica, el hecho de que no hay aire acondicionado en la sala, por lo que, manteniendo las puertas abiertas en verano, entran abejas que vuelan cerca cuando se come, molestas, entre otras muchas veces se giran sobre el miel del autoservicio del desayuno. Pero incluso a cenar fuera, en la piscina anti, estas abejas siguen volando. Ahora, creo que hoy hay tratamientos para mantenerlas lejos, y para una 4 estrellas, sería un servicio que se daría. Dicho esto, añado que el personal es muy amable, todos cariñosos, pero lamentamos las dos críticas, que no me permiten votar al máximo.

Très bonne appartement hôtel Personnelle très agréable à l’accueil et toujours souriant Service impeccable

The hotel has some good aspects and some less good aspects. First of all the good: The place is pretty clean and if you are travelling through, it's a bed for the night. Breakfast is a reasonable 7.50. Not really a 'fabulous' contiental breakfast, but an OK breakfast with croissants, demi-baguettes, butter, jam, yogurts, orange juice, and of course tea and coffee. And you can have as much as you want, which is obviously a good point if you are hungry in the morning. Check-out time here is etiher 11:30 am or noon, which is great if you arrive late and need to catch up on your sleep in the morning. You can also arrive as early as 1:30 pm, which is also very good. In that case you have to use the self-check-in machine and pay by credit card for your room. So kudos to Kyriad for making better than average check-in / check-out times. The less good: I have come to undetstand that this is a feature of Kyriad hotels, but the rooms are just too small in my view. There is just barely enough room to walk around the bed. And yes I know it's a budget hotel, but look at something like Travelodge, the lowest price chain in the UK. At least there you normally get a reasonably sized room. Of course this is not the individual hotel's fault. The location is possibly good for someone coming in by car, but if you are on foot like I was, then it is about 25 mins by foot. On the way back I discovered a bit of a short cut by taking the small unofficial path next to the overpass (to the right), which will lead you quickly to the big roundabout and to the road which you can follow back into town eventually turning right onto rue du saleve. If you're a budget traveler and looking for an overnight stop, and also taking the above into consideration, then the Kyriad definitely has it's good points. If you're in town to actually visit Annemasse then you might be happier in one of the hotels nearer to the centre.

This Ibis Styles is centrally located in Annemass. It is a short 10 minute walk from the train station and the shopping areas of Annemass. Alternatively it is a short 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which will also take you to central Geneva in 20 minutes. To enter the hotel you walk through the car park to the small reception. There is a pleasant seating area within and some facilities to make tea/coffee and to heat up food. The check-in was friendly and efficient by the staff member on duty. But no welcome drink as anticipated but I did request it later. Upon going to the room the smell of damp carpet/ dog? was strong in the hall. Luckily this did not continue in the room and was gone by the evening. The room was a good size with a standard bed and additional single bed. There was a half couch which I imagine turned into another single bed. However, the room was not up to the standard of the many Ibis I have stayed in. The decor is far from 'Styles' standard and the brown walls and carpeting do not appear well. The room suffered from extreme wear and tear. The carpet, walls and furnishings were stained. The extra duvet on the single bed was used to drape over the couch as the fabric was appalling. The desk and chair reminded me of hospital. However, a quick clean with disinfectant wipes at least reassured me surfaces were clean. I didn't dare to shower under the showerhead. I was booked for 3 nights and the first day I was quite busy in Geneva. However in the night when trying to do work it was all but impossible. The internet giving me the lowest speeds I had ever done a speedtest on. In the morning the breakfast was very basic. A little better quality and quantity would be nicer. I only found a coffee and a mini pastry appealing. All of this combined; room, internet and breakfast led me to check out early after the first night. Although not inquisitive as to the reasons why, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly in doing so. I am a fan of Accor hotels and silver member. All hotels do vary to different standards. Although the staff were lovely and the communal areas nice, perhaps I just got very unlucky with my room.

Servicio agradable, personal amable y sonriente, buena estancia, pequeño inconveniente: no hay aire acondicionado pero sí ventilador.

No es un mal hotel. El hotel no es todo lo interesante, pero al menos la habitación estaba limpia. El hombre en la mesa delantera era útil. No estoy seguro si hablan inglés o no, ya que yo sólo hablaba francés con ellos. En el hotel, hay un restaurante y un bar a la izquierda, Les Salles Gosses, que se encuentra muy atractivo en un fin de semana. A la derecha hay un hamburguesa de 99 Street Burgers abierto tarde, y durante el día, caminando por la calle a la derecha y hay una gran plaza, Place de l'Hotel de Ville con una antigua camisa y varios restaurantes. El hotel tiene una oferta de 100 euros, pero no se puede permitir que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de Ginebra. Esto es un poco ridículo, ya que no hay nada en la habitación vale 100 euros.
