Mon épouse et moi avions réservé pour une nuit en demi-pension ”gourmande” le 2 octobre, et la même chose le 8. La réception m'a donné une première clé magnétique; J'ai essayé : lumière rouge. Dans le cas présent le réceptionniste aurait dû m'accompagner ou me faire accompagner au minimum après les deux premiers échecs. Heureusement il y a plusieurs autres hôtels à proximité. J'en ai choisi un, dont j'ai été satisfait.

El precio es realmente atractivo, aunque el hotel es normal (motel al lado de la autopista), pero una noche de descanso es suficiente para pasar. Nos quedamos muy satisfechos. Los baños de las habitaciones no son grandes, pero tienen todos los órganos internos y están relativamente limpios, lo que cumple con nuestras expectativas. Este precio también es muy rentable. Wir sind gegen 3Uhr nachts am Hotel angekommen, da wir uns spontan entschieden haben, dass wir noch ein paar Stunden Schlaf benötigen, bevor die Reise weitergeht. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, dass nicht gereinigt war. Es lagen noch schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Boden, überall lag Müll, die Betten waren nicht gemacht und zum Badezimmer möchte ich lieber nichts schreiben. Da um diese Zeit niemand an der Rezeption war, versuchten wir die Notfallnummer anzurufen. Leider haben wir dort, trotz mehrfacher Versuche, niemanden erreicht. Da das Zimmer so extrem schmutzig war, entschlossen wir uns im Auto zu schlafen. Die Rezeption war gegen 6Uhr wieder besetzt. Wir erklärten der Dame (die sehr freundlich war) was passiert ist. Sie machte noch eine Kopie meiner Bankdaten und Personalien und sagte zu, dass uns das Geld erstattet würde. Ich hatte zudem danach Kontakt zu der Hotelkette aufgenommen. Mir wurde zugesagt, das Geld zu erhalten. Leider ist dies bis heute und trotz mehrfacher! Nachfrage nicht erfolgt. Sodass ich nun meine abschließende Bewertung abgeben kann. Sollte die Rezeption nicht besetzt sein, sollte man sich vielleicht besser zweimal überlegen, dort einzuchecken. Das Zimmer wäre ausreichend groß gewesen und für ein paar Stunden Schlaf auch ausreichend. Allerdings ist der Preis dafür einfach zu hoch. Das Frühstück, dass wir beim Gespräch mit der Rezeption gesehen haben, sah okay aus, allerdings wenig Auswahl. Parkplätze gibt es, allerdings war es sehr eng, da der Parkplatz sehr voll war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, sprach aber eigentlich nur Französisch. Sollte man kein Französisch können, könnte es schwierig werden mit der Kommunikation.

My wife, daughter and I stopped at this hotel on our way to and from the Costa Dorada in Spain. It's an ideal stopping place as it's very close to the A6 autoroute. There seemed to be plenty of free parking for the 30 or so rooms that the hotel has. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially as our spoken French was quite poor. The rooms are compact, clean and air conditioned. There is free wifi and a tv in the room. The bathroom was tiny but everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well on both occasions. The breakfast was served in the small dining area (which doubles up as the reception/bar) between 0700 and 0930hrs. It was a self service continental buffet breakfast which was lovely. The bar was open until 2000hrs each evening. In summary I would recommend and we would definitely stay here again should we travel through this area.

We wanted to spend the night here while on a long drive home from the south of France to the Netherlands. We called around 11:30 PM to inquire about availability for our family of 3. The person answering the phone said yes, no problem and confirmed the price we saw online. When we arrived, we had to reserve a room through a machine at the entrance. We entered ”3 persons”, but then the system offered us only a twin room. The person who had answered the phone was there, he told us he was only the security guard and not the receptionist. He said he supposed there would be a third bed in the room, since we had entered ”3 persons”. However, there was no way to check, because only after paying at the machine we would receive the room number and code to access the room. As it was midnight by then, we booked and paid the room anyway, found out that indeed, it had only two beds. The security guard could not care less about this situation, did not offer any sort of help or solution. Then we took our camping mat - which we luckily had in our car - and one of us slept on the floor. The next morning we went to talk about this at the reception. We were told, in an unfriendly way without any understanding for the unpleasantness of the whole situation, that the security guard had no access to the booking system so he could not tell us about availability on the phone. And that for 3 people we simply should have booked 2 rooms. Which would have cost 160 euros, not really our idea of a budget stay... Aside from this bad experience, the room was okay (for 2 persons), good beds, OK bathroom. We were not happy that it was not possible to switch off the air conditioning, and there was traffic noise in the morning, but this is inherent to booking a hotel near the highway so we did not mind about this.
