Our problem started with the first room we were assigned 101. Fortunately my wife was expecting an important email so she immediately tried to log into the WiFi. No internet but a WiFi connection we went down to speak to reception. It was difficult to explain that there is a difference between WiFi and internet! Finally, after demanding a refund, we got another room at the other end of the building that did have internet. This room was surface clean and tidy but just don't look forensically behind doors and on top of light switches etc.! The decoration was tired with trim missing from shelf edges. In the morning we discovered that the plug was stuck in the shower over bath. You could tell from the deep scratches on the top of the plug that it has been like that for a long time. We had to leave the bath half full of water. The bathroom heater didn't work and, again, it obviously had been like that for a long time as the connection cover was wrenched off and crooked. We couldn't get the heating to work in the bedroom either. The room had a tray with a kettle with a broken lid and two tiny milk capsules, two tea bags and two coffee sachets. When I asked for more it was refused (I was told they were expensive). One of the few advantages of Campanile is the attached restaurant. It was closed that night! In the morning when we went for breakfast the bread basket was empty. I had to go to ASK for bread. It had to be baked (or prepared in the oven) he eventually brought out one warm demi-baguette. By this time two more couples had come into the breakfast room. You should have seen his face when he realised that more was needed. Perhaps each one comes out of his pay. I was glad to leave there and I don't think I'll bother using any Campanile again.

bugs, clogged drains, smelly sheets, used towel on the third bed, worn bathroom equipment. It was at least just for one night, otherwise I will left emmideatly. Door in bathroom can not be closed, drain in sink didn't work properly, rusty corners, bugs on the sealing, ...

La hospedadora es bienvenida y profesional. El cuarto tiene un alojamiento óptimo y una cama cómoda. La habitación está tranquila y bien calentada. El desayuno se muestra en la media de las normas de las franquicias hoteleras. Por último, una excelente relación calidad-precio!

Der Check-in war überdurchschnittlich, die Dame am Empfang versteht Ihre Aufgabe und schafft es auch nach einer langen Reise, ein Lächeln auf die Gesichter ihrer Gäste zu zaubern. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt in Wien Gewerbegebiet. Tesla und Ionity Schnelllader gleich um die Ecke. Stadtzentrum in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Grosser Parkplatz. Zimmer geräumig und gut unterhalten / sauber / ruhig. Dusche grosszügig und WLAN schnell. Frühstück (optional) auf den ersten Blick etwas knapp - aber auf den zweiten Blick bietet es alles wann man so braucht. Für einen Zwischenstopp eine rundum positive Erfahrung.

Hotel fácil de acceso de la autopista A714 a 200m no hay daños acústicos, acogida agradable, hotel y habitación reconstruidos a nueve con gusto, habitación muy bien equipada con una ducha real ( no hay ducha moldeada como se puede encontrar a menudo en este tipo de hoteles, muy buena calidad precio, recomendamos.

Het hotel bevindt zich bij een commercieel centrum met diverse winkels, supermarkt en restaurants. Tevens op loopafstand (15 min) van het authentieke centrum. Prima bedden en nette badkamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hadden verzocht of we eerder konden inchecken en dat was geen probleem. Via mail ontvingen wij de voordeur code en het kamernummer. Ontbijt hebben wij niet genomen, dus kunnen daar niets over melden. De airconditioning had wat ons betreft koeler gemogen, maar dat kon helaas niet of de bediening was defect. Met 35 graden buiten, vonden we 22 graden binnen, geen groot probleem.

L'hôtel très bien placé tous a proximité pour le parking aussi facile... très bien accueilli par la jeune fille adriana très souriante et très a l'écoute, le petit déjeuner très bon la chambre rien a dire ... je recommande vivement Montluçon

J'ai passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cet hôtel a taille humaine. L'équipe a la reception et à l'entretien est très chaleureux et souriant Les chambres sont petites mais bien agencées Pour un long séjour demander une chambre sur cour...on a pas la vue sur le Cher et ses ponts éclairés Mais c'est plus calme pour la nuit, la literie est excellente Le petit-déjeuner est complet avec salade de fruits frais,yaourts de qualité bio,thé et tisanes bio,œufs brouillés, jambon, fromage,viennoiseries croustillantes, un grand choix de boissons ...hôtel sans parking, en zone bleue emmener son disque horodateur,ou parking privé à côté pas très cher pour la nuit,bien placé pour aller se promener dans le quartier piéton médiéval , à côté de plein de petits restaurants ,je recommande cet hôtel au bon rapport qualité prix.
