Arrival at the hotel was good and welcoming. Quick check in, although the system would not allow me to pay for the second room - this was sorted in the morning when the actual receptionist was on duty. Breakfast was ok given that it was a 3 star hotel. We were not around all day to enjoy the free coffee & tea (only available until 6pm). Rooms were small but comfortable. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs on the second night. WHen we cam eback hoe the rash on the hands got worse, eventually leading to the doctor saying that we need to apply the lotion in order to get rid of the scabies. These bugs got transferred to our home (probably by placing the bags on the beds) and fortunately we were able to catch it in the early stages before the infestation started on our home beds. This is the reason for the low rating. The sheets on my daughter's bed (sofa bed actually) were not replaced after the first night by the house staff - although the other 2 beds in the room hsd theirs replaced! The hotel is in a quiet place - i did not hear any early morning noise!

One of the best experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel. The hosts were absolutely exceptional: always concerned with our comfort, helping us with travel plans, and giving us their personal recommendations. Very personalized care and attention. The breakfasts were amazing: fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh baguette and croissants, jams, eggs and cheeses and more. Hotel was only a short train ride to downtown Paris. Hotel is also located in a town with fantastic restaurants. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Paris.

Buen alojamiento cerca de la parada de metro 13 Gabriel Péri en 30 minutos estás en el centro. Asneries es una ciudad muy tranquila. Cerca del hotel hay un supermercado siempre abierto H24 un poco caro pero bien entregado. La ubicación es buena para volver a descansar después de un día entero pasado a París. Adecuado para familias. Para quienes están interesados en vivir la noche se vuelve un poco complicado con el noctilien N.15 o N.51

El transporte es conveniente cerca de la estación de metro, el precio es moderado, el hotel es barato en París! El servicio de recepción del hotel es muy entusiasta y la habitación es pequeña. El metro se dirige a Saint Lazar aproximadamente 25 minutos

Overall a fine stay, room was clean and ideal for couple. We arrived at 2:15pm and check in was 3pm however room was ready so allowed us to check in early. Had to pay 50€ deposit on arrival and then tourist tax on check out which wasn’t an issue but fore warning would have been a good idea. This hotel overall was ideal for our stay as we spent most of the day out and about - it is far from city centre however only 10 mins on train and we used hop on hop off bus to travel around one city. Not ideal if you want to be close to Disney! Our TV did not work and we had no hot water in shower for 2 days but overall was ideal if you’re able to figure out trains. Would recommend the travel card also as spent a good amount of money on tickets travelling about and tickets didn’t work half the time and left you stuck in unmanned train stations late at night until ticket eventually worked. Perhaps would not stay again due to location in Paris however fine budget hotel

We just returned from 3 nights staying here on our first trip to Paris. This was a fantastic hotel to stay in everywhere was immaculate (I have ocd with cleanliness and this was a big relief to me), it is a small hotel but has everything you need. Spacious room with double bed, kitchenette (with kettle and tea/coffee provided) and a large bathroom with shower over the bath. Lovely fluffy towels and shower gel and shampoo provided which was a nice touch! Only thing I would suggest is a anti slip mat in the bottom of the bath as we both slipped getting out the bath after a shower! This hotel was in a residential part of Paris so it was quiet and peaceful. It has a lovely little local bakery near by, we bought sandwiches and pastries to take with us for a day sightseeing. There are restaurants and bars too and a monoprix (supermarket) all local and very handy. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Vivimos en este hotel en los últimos cuatro días. Muy satisfechos con el personal de la recepción, porque era muy amable y previo. No nos pareció muy bien que, a pesar de nuestra memoria en la recepción, se olvidara casi constantemente dejar toallas para nuestra hija. El baño no era muy grande, pero bien equipado. El punto de descuento muy importante para nosotros fue que, durante nuestra estancia, el subterráneo no funcionó porque se estableció un servicio de sustitución por ferrocarril durante varios días. Así, a una distancia de París, se pasó a media ciudad en lugar de unos 30 minutos, unos 60 minutos, y luego pasó 2 a 3 veces. Aunque el hotel no puede hacer nada para ello, si no planea conducir a París con su propio auto, debe tener en cuenta este punto en su planificación de viajes. Resumen: Si no hay problema con planificar un viaje a París en 60 minutos, este hotel es en gran medida bueno y recomendable.
