Tu alojamiento en Aix-en-Provence

El hotel ofrece lo que se puede esperar de un Ibis: alojamiento correcto y limpieza. Además, el personal es muy agradable. No es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida, especialmente si se desplazan en silla de ruedas como es mi caso, por varios motivos. Para empezar, las plazas de aparcamiento estan situadas a nivel diferente del asfalto, se tiene que superar un bordillo para acceder al vehículo o al salir de él; El muelle de la puerta de la habitación es muy duro, unido a que se tiene que superar a la vez una guía situada en el suelo, hace prácticamente imposible acceder a la habitación sin ayuda; La adaptación del baño es muy deficiente, especialmente la de la ducha: el asiento es resbaladizo (mucho más cuando se moja) y el dispensador de jabón queda a la espalda del usuario.

¡Es muy recomendable para los turistas que viajan en coche elegir este hotel! El estacionamiento privado es muy grande, se siente seguro y se agradece. Hay una tienda de desayunos cerca del hotel, así como una pequeña tienda de comestibles, que es conveniente para comprar suministros al hotel. El desayuno en el hotel es muy bueno, el precio es muy bueno, vale la pena probarlo. Las habitaciones son normales, la insonorización también es muy buena y las duchas son de primera clase. La piscina del hotel es muy buena, se puede disfrutar del sol, también se puede nadar, y no está nada mal disfrutarla medio día.

Hôtel original adapté au séminaire mais très agréable, en pleine nature, la chambre est top, pas de restaurant le soir, très bon petit déjeuner. Dommage les chiens ne sont pas acceptés pourtant beaucoup d’espace en pleine nature!

Una de las experiencias más inolvidables de mi vida! El hotel está hermoso situado! Nuestra habitación es moderna y limpia! Me disfruté de un paseo en el hermoso jardín! Fue sorprendente tener sabor de vino y cena de Michelin estrellado en el hotel. La experiencia fue exclusiva! Me disfruté de estar en este hotel de chateau con mi marido. Es uno de los destacados en nuestra luna de miel.

Unexpectedly nice! We came to this hotel for one night because it's near the TGV station and we'd been unable to get into our hotel in Aix's old town until next day... This hotel turned out to have really comfortable well decorated modern rooms, excellent helpful staff and very generous extras: such as unlimited free mineral water and croissants in the hall, and free beer for anyone who didn't want to watch the rugby world cup in the restaurant/bar. (I should add that the hotel was quiet and so were the guests). A real effort has been made with the small landscaped garden and play areas, the swimming pool was clean and pleasant even though it was the end of the season, and the outlook very green over the golf course. The breakfast was absolutely the best I have ever had in France, with real French cheeses instead of the usual processed stuff, and fresh fruit and proper patisseries as well as eggs (and the meat was doubtless good too). The location was the main flaw for guests like us wishing to avoid using a car. It is a short taxi ride from the TGV station, but a half-hour bus journey to Aix proper through anodyne business areas. The other flaw - which wouldn't affect the sports fans or young families with cars who seem to be the usual guests - was the incredibly tiny bath. Sadly I fell trying to get out of that bath and am still dealing with the injury. I must add that we had come back again at very short notice for one further night, and again the staff were excellent and so was the room in all other respects...I should have used the shower that night instead!

El hotel es muy bueno y me gusta mucho. Hay piscina, desayuno al aire libre y soleado, buenas comidas, habitaciones amplias y confortables, y estacionamiento gratuito. Hay una señorita en la recepción que habla un poco de chino y es muy entusiasta.

Was due to stay in Marseille after a week’s cruise but decided last minute to swap our stay to Aix En Provence and were glad we did! It was an honour to be the first guests staying in this hotel with it only opening on the afternoon of our arrival. We had a lovely welcome by the amazing reception staff who advised there was still a lot of building work going on outside/in some of the rooms and some parts of the guest areas to be completed in the coming days - this didn’t bother us. The warm welcome and lovely rooms made up for it! Would happily stay again and the location is amazing, just a stones through from the Cours Mirabaeu and a two minute walk from the Gare D’Aix En Provence! As we were unable to use some of the facilities, I can’t comment on them but still giving 5 star!

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in a central location. Ample breakfast buffet, good Internet, modern amenities, helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommended. Easy walking access to all major sites in Aix-en-Provence. Good value, would definitely stay again.
