El hotel dispone de hermosos interiores de estilo art deco y el área de la lobby tiene espacios para asientos en lugar de una gran sala abierta. La habitación es amplia y las camas son muy cómodas. La información sobre las posibles cocinas se puede encontrar más fácilmente. Delicioso y variado desayuno con buenas opciones para dietas especiales. El gran negativo de una habitación gemela es una puerta de vidrio transparente deslizante - especialmente una habitación gemela que es posiblemente compartida con amigos no debería tener una puerta que ofrece nula privacidad; hay grandes lagunas y si las luces están encendidas (especialmente en la noche cuando la habitación está oscura y el baño está iluminado) se puede ver, oír y oler todo lo que sucede en el baño. Nota a la recepción; pregunte si están cómodos con ese nivel de intimidad antes de asignar una habitación, aparentemente hay habitaciones con puerta tradicional - sólo aprendieron que cuando nos ibamos.

Reception kindness varies from great to low. If you ask for late check out you must ask from the friendly one…. Room are good if you know what you ask for… Spa is great I wonder why the door to/sea must close 30 hour before closing? You might get cold in your swimming suits outside knocking:)

We stayed there for several nights and it totally exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent for us, especially with Kupittaa station being the stop for Turku. The hotel was fresh and bright, room was good, staff very friendly (as were all the locals we met), wifi was good, restaurant and food was good, so really no problems. Also had a good sauna, much better than the ones in the UK. Turku was also a nice city to visit. We really were not ready to return to the UK.

Omenahotelli at Humalistonkatu Turku. Based on ad, looked fairly modern and reasonably prised, about 100 euros per night. There is no reception, you get in with door code. Taxi almost didn’t find the place, but finally we got there. First thing we noticed, was a full beer can on the hallway floor. Some hotels do offer welcome drink, but I doubt this was the case here. When we got inside the room, first impression was like grandma had died, and relatives had tasked alcoholic 70-years old simple minded uncle to decorate it as cheaply as possible. Rom was fairly spacious, but for some weird reason they had built a some kind of wall in front of beds, so there really wasn’t much space to squeeze yourself into bed (luckily we’re not big, large person might not make it). Next to bed, on the floor, there were some papers and empty medicine box. I laughed aloud when I Saw the pillow – size of a stamp and lumpy as hell. There was supposed to be some kind of “kitchen corner” – it was a simple cabinet straight from seventies, with minibar (empty) and microwave oven. Next to it there was a table (from same time period) and chair (advertised as sofabed) that you couldn’t really sit on, but that you could theoretically use as a “sofachair”. I didn’t dare to try, and there wasn’t bedlinen anyway. Next to it, on the floor, there was a large stain – I wouldn’t dare to guess what. Whole room smelled unpleasant. Unfortunately, you couldn’t open windows. Bathroom was ok. Toilet paper was under the sink, bit difficult to reach, and there wasn’t any kind of shelf in the shower to hold soap. Peephole on a door had been stuffed with something orange. Luckily there was a door chain. It looked like that electrical wiring had been done by electrician who was fairly drunk. Room was filthy, dust everywhere and some sticky patches on floor and on the door etc. Bed wasn’t a catastrophe (except the pillow) – cheapest you can find at Ikea I guess. My son was bit worried, if we would dare to stay there, but since it was 2 am we really didn’t have a choice. I woke up around 7AM, heard someone talking at the next room. There is no soundproofing, you can hear clearly what neighbours are talking.

The Hotel Seaport is nothing fancy for sure, but it gets the job done and it is in a very nice location - within walking distance to the castle and cruise terminal. The rooms are standard for EU sizes, and the breakfast isn't huge but it has everything you need. For the money I can't recommend a better hotel in Turku.

El Park Hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Turku, tiene autobuses y la estación principal de ferrocarril justo al lado. El lugar está en un hermoso edificio histórico, y las habitaciones están acorazadas con personalidad y divertidos flame para el interior decorado, no el sentimiento frío y estéril que la mayoría de los lugares modernos tienen. No hay mentiras. Normalmente muy buenas.

En general es un hotel muy que ofrece excelentes opciones de entretenimiento y comida. Pero tengo un par de comentarios que lo harían aún mejor. Las habilitaciones no contaban con aire acondicionado y fue imposible dormir con solo dos ventiladores, el baño y cuarto no estaban muy limpios tampoco. Las regaderas para las albercas muy resbaloso y los lockers muy viejos
