Precioso Hotel!! Ideal para descanso, vista espectacular, lo pasamos de maravilla. Si disfrutan de golf y playa este es el lugar. Nosotros ademas rentamos carro que permitio recorrer isla. Personal muy amable.. recomendaron vistas mas hermosas de Mallorca

This is a 2 star hotel, or at least, very far from a five star hotel. It stared already at check in. No other word for it than chaos. We were a group of 11 golfers, and when we arrived we were the only guests in reception. Still it took more than 1/2 hour to get everybody a room. Upon entering the room we realized they've put us in a double room. Not too keen on spending the night in the same bed, we asked for another room, or at least, change the bed(s) so to make it a twin. The person helping us with the bags promised to convey this to the hotel administration. Nothing happened, so in the evening we asked the same of the personell in the reception, and we were met with a shoulder shrug like it wasn't their problem. So no surprise nothing happened that night. Next day, a new request to reception, and . ..nothing happened. Spent the next 5 days in a double bed. It's not like we asked for much, the base was made up in two parts, so the only thing missing was two madrases to make it a twin room. Breakfast was a disappointment, worth 2 stars. Transport. The hotel offered free transport to the golf course, unfortunately it was rather unpleasant due to a very aggressive driving style. Not the best start on a day for golf in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Taxi. Maybe not the hotels responsibility, but since the taxis on a couple of occasion turned up 1/2 hour late, one would expect some of the staff to show some initiative, like contacting the taxi company for an updated arrival time and maybe, ask us to wait inside with a drink rather than having us standing outside not knowing what was happening. In general, the hotel is understaffed and the staff lacks training to offer the service expected in a 5 star hotel.

Hotel situado en una zona tranquila de Pslma, es necesario contar con transporte para ir a zonas de ocio. Esta frecuentado por turistas ingleses . Aunque es pequeño cuenta con instalaciones como spa, gimnasio piscina y restauración. Todo el personal es agradable y te ayuda en tu estancia.

Semana de Trabajo en Palma de Mallorca intensa, pero he podido disfrutar del Hotel Urbano Isla Mallorca 4* por el trato y servicio excelente del Personal y que cuenta con un buffet con una amplia oferta gastronómica. He podido probar un vino muy Top, MASIÀ BATLE (Vino Mallorquín) y una fantástica sobrassada artesana. Combinar trabajo en la terraza, con una piscina y una cervecita helada ha sido genial. Y si te gusta el deporte, puedes ir a córrer o en bicicleta por Palma de Mallorca (disponen de servicio de alquiler) ya que hay carriles para ello. Recomiendo Hotel Isla Mallorca por la ubicación excelente, piscina TOP y comida deliciosa. Finalmamente, estoy seguro que llevaré la mujer este verano y así descansamos del día a día!

El hotel está situado muy próximo a la zona del Auditorio de Palma. Las habitaciones más básicas están bien, pero no tienen nada de especial. En nuestra opinión mejorarían mucho si tuviesen un hervidor y algunas bolsitas de té, un servicio que hemos encontrado en infinidad de hoteles de muchísima menos categoría que este. Solo se ofrece en las habitaciones superiores. Otro punto que no nos gustó nada son las almohadas, muy altas y duras. La habitación tampoco estaba en muy buenas condiciones. El techo tenía manchas de humedad muy visibles. Lo que sí que nos gustó mucho fue la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. También nos gustó mucho el desayuno, que es bastante completo. El gimnasio está muy bien, así como las piscinas y la sauna. En cuanto a la ubicación hay supermercados, restaurantes y paradas de autobús muy cerca. Al centro son sobre 20 minutos andando.

Un Hotel que es una obra de arte Con una Arquitectura Modernista te transporta a otra època de principios del año 1908 Los propietarios has sabido conservar y resucitar todos los elementos modernistas , maderas , hierros , molduras , pinturas vidrieras etc… caracteristicos de la època . Sus espaciosas habitaciones climatizadas , colchones extra cómodos , modernas …. Te proporcionam una estancia extraordinaria, dificil de igualar . Un buffet fantàstico con productos locales mallorquines kilometro cero hace el comienzo del dia , maravilloso . Desde su torre se divisa la bahia de Palma y El Castillo de Bellver a 200 metros de nuestro Hotel . El personal es fantástico, siempre atentos al màs minimo detalle hace sentir al cliente como si estuviera en su casa . La Dirección ( Borja Besalduch ) ha implementado protocolos que modernizan la Gestión de este Palacete declarado BIC ( Bien de Interes Cultural ) y Edificio Catalogado .

What a lovely hotel. I visited Palma in 2017 and stayed in a villa on the same street, so I knew the location would be great. It is lovely and quiet around the hotel, but the main road (Joan Miró) is just 2 mins walk away with a variety of lively bars, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and pharmacies. There is a large supermarket (Mercadona) 5 mins walk away. You can walk right into the city centre, Marina etc. from the hotel in 15-20 minutes. Porto Pí shopping centre with a huge Carrefour is accessible by foot (20 mins) or by bus from Joan Miró. The hotel has room at the front for taxi drop off if you need it. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at check in, he was helpful and explained everything to me that I needed including WiFi, breakfast etc. There are maps at the reception desk too if you need them. I stayed on the second floor and there is an elevator if you have heavy bags. I didn’t use it but there is a small café-bar on the ground floor near reception; it has a very calm and peaceful decor. There is always someone at reception 24/7 if you need them. The room was a twin/double for solo use and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The beds were super comfy and there are plenty of pillows. There is a mini bar in the room which means you can also store your own refreshments which is handy - don’t have to go back and forth from the shops too much. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and there is a safe too. The balcony was lovely - what I would do to be back on there with a cold cerveza watching the sunset. Bathroom was clean and contemporary with shampoo, shower gel and soap. My room was spotless every day thanks to cleaning staff. There is AC in the room. Only downside is there is no swimming pool but you are not far from the beaches and you can always purchase day passes for other hotel pools and spas. Breakfast buffet has a very wide choice and a coffee machine (plus teas). I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Palma!!

Las camas estaban cómodas, la habitación era espaciosa y el desayuno tenía una gran variedad de opciones que cambiaban diariamente. Sólo el café de la máquina (con lo que sabía como leche artificial) fue un poco de un desaparecido, pero fue posible tenerlo negro con leche real del bufete. El hotel también tiene un buen concepto de apoyo a artistas locales, de modo que podrá disfrutar de todo tipo de obras de arte en cada nueve y cuello, así como de artistas destacados en las propias Galerías de Arte del hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, hermosas vistas desde el balcón desde los pisos superiores, al centro histórico a pie Unos 15 minutos, a las playas bien comunicadas por autobús urbano, una variedad de sabrosos desayunos con productos regionales y creo que todos encontrarán algo para ellos. , habitaciones bien insonorizadas con aire acondicionado individual, limpieza diaria, agua gratis y barra libre de pago. Es cierto que en algunos sitios se puede ver un diente de tiempo, pero no es importante a no ser que encuentres un descontento
