Tu alojamiento en Wiesbaden

La calidad de la habitación me sorprendió. Era excelente aunque pequeño, pero todo estaba bien diseñado. No muy animada atmósfera y no hay restaurante, por lo que tienes que ir a comer, pero el desayuno era muy bueno, mucho mejor que algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas.

The Nassauer Hof has always been my favorite hotel in Wiesbaden. I have stayed there many times over the past 14 years; however, I have not been to Wiesbaden since the pandemic. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of me being a prior guest. They told me that their system was updated and that all older customers had been dropped off if there had been no stay in 2-3 years. When I would come in previously, I would always be greeted by name and receive an automatic room upgrade; this time, it showed as a first visit. My room was warm when I arrived. I put the air conditioning up, and I thought it cooled down. But it was still warm. I was at the property for three nights. Finally, on the third night, I couldn't take it anymore and called down to the front desk. A housekeeping staff member came in and could tell it wasn't working; she reported to Frau Lopez, who came and said to me that It was not working and that they could transfer my room.I was still trying to figure out how they could do that, as the hotel could not give me the extra third night at the front desk, and I had to book the third night on the hotel's website (not a partner website). I was very hesitant, but she and Jannis Bamberg made it seamless. Jannis brought my bags packed to the storage area so that I could take only one bag to the checkout in the morning. The room was not comparable to the one I was in, but it was cooler. There was a smell of old smoke. My real question is why a housekeeping staff member did not notice this and report it to the front desk. Instead, I noticed they turned the thermostat to max. Frau Lopez said that would never work as it can only reach a specific temperature. Perhaps, some training needs to be done. On a positive note, the spa at Nassauer Hof was as delightful as always, maintaining its high standards and providing a relaxing experience. One issue that needs attention is the bees, which seemed to be out of control during my stay. They were particularly aggressive around the outdoor areas and even found their way inside the breakfast area. I suggested placing small fans on the tables to deter them, and I hope this advice will be considered. The entire experience could have been better, and it's time to update the bed linens; they have been the same for at least 14 years.

How to begin. Big hotel with no customer service and with an attitude. Room not cleaned only every other day and if one want to have it cleaned, they charge 20 euros. Didn't use the parking but looks expensive. Also, if you want to use extra facilities such as the pool, it's another charge. The hotel is needed of serious renovation. Carpet in hallways have seen better days and the smell is quite bad. The room are spacious but the tired furniture and bathroom are not helping. Of course, the carpet in the room is filfith so wear shoes. The only positive point is the breakfast. It's good. If I would come back to Wiesbaden, I shall stay somewhere else. Nickels and dimes in this place.

Para las familias, las atracciones de los alrededores son más convenientes. El ambiente del hotel es limpio y las instalaciones están completas. Las instalaciones de apoyo circundantes están en construcción y todavía hay algunas cosas sencillas para comer, beber y jugar.

Hotel sauber, Personal freundlich, Lage gut. Zimmer klein, Bad noch kleiner. Matratzen gut und fest. Wasserkocher (verstaubt und verkalkt) mit Tee und Kaffee gratis. Zimmer zum rhein mit Balkon. Klingt nach einer guten Idee, ist bei hitze in Wahrheit eine Katastrophe: die Sonne knallt hinein Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, Zimmer haben dann 30 grad und mehr. Offene Fenster bedeuten das feeling neben eine oft befahrenen Straße zu liegen inkl Abgasgeruch. Hotel hat winterbettdecken auf den Zimmern. Ventilator nur auf Anfrage (auch verstaubt). Meiner Meinung nach sind solche Zimmer im Sommer für den Preis nicht zu vermieten.

A diferencia de la regla de la época, no se controló el check-in del 3G-Nachweis. El mantenimiento de la casa se desplegó con una máscara bajo la nariz sobre el pasillo. Mi habitación era también bastante pequeña como habitación individual (más tarde me di cuenta de que era una ”upgrade” y hay habitaciones aún más pequeñas), el baño era moderno. El saco estaba existente, pero antes de él estaba un escudo de orden. No utilicé el desayuno.

Overall it's a good hotel with a great room and comfy beds. However the stuff seems to get very quick pissed off if they have job to do. Mostly young people with that attitude ”please don't disturb-hipster-style”. Very bad organisation in the evening on serving at the bar. The drinks sounds fancy at the menu but the Stuff can't really do it. The gym is good and modern, but the bikes and trade-mill doesn't work. It's seems that the stuff don't care much about it. I gave a feedback to one of the receptionist about it; hopefully she did something to fix.

Tolles Essen und aufmerksamer, freundlicher, authentischer Sevice. Wir hatten Thunfischtatar, die Dorade mit Trüffel, gemischten Fischteller und zum Nachtisch Tartufo.... alles war auf den Punkt und total lecker. Das Tartufo ist irgendwie ein Familienrezept und der absolute Hammer.... müsst ihr probieren! Leckeren Wein mit einer guten und freundlichen Beratung dazu gab's auch noch. Sogar der Espresso war besonders lecker. Wir waren total happy, rundum zufrieden, das Pescaletta Wiesbaden hat uns einen ganz tollen Abend beschert und wir werden ganz ganz sicher wiederkommen.

I've read some of the previous reviews and they made me think. This hotel isn't pretending to be the Ritz. It is a classic German 3 star hotel and way up on the scale. The room was clean, beds extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond. As for the location, yes it may seem intimidating, but welcome to a 21st century European city. There is nothing intimidating, just people having a good time. There are a trillion restaurants within walking distance catering for every taste. Would I stay there again? Definitely.
