UUsuario invitadoVery conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

A very positive experience. The hotel is located in a very quite area in Lindau, however close to the island. It keeps what mentioned on their web pages: room is nice and well equipped, bathroom is ok with a large shower, breakfast is plentiful and rich of sweets and savory, with fresh fruits that are different every day. To see it's more a house than a hotel, and this makes a positive difference in my opinion, because it makes you feel almost at home. And breakfast in the veranda is a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

Hotel muy moderno. La habitación muy amplia, el desayuno muy variado y de calidad. El parking muy amplio y muy fácil para llegar. El centro está a unos 15 minutos andando. El personal muy amable, además de que durante nuestra estancia saltó la alarma de incendios y el desalojo fue muy bien conducido por el personal.

岩岩渕彩菜Este fue el mejor hotel mientras yo permanecí en Alemania. Si no te importa caminar, tarda unos 30 minutos para bañar. En la recepción, le pregunté por el desayuno porque no le ofrecí. Si no, deberías. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. I planned to go to the castle so I asked to look after my baggage and consented willingly. It was my precious memory staying this hotel. Thank you. I'll come back someday.

This was my first time in Munich, and decided to visit the beautiful village of Marktoberdorf, since I wanted to have an authentic Bavarian experience. Our friend who stayed there before recommend Hotel Greinwald to us. This was the highlight of our journey. We were greeted by the owners with a smile and we felt home immediately, they were so kind and care giving, the hotel was beautiful, and the food incredible, their homemade baked bread, pastry, and breakfast was incredible. the staff was super friendly and spoke very good English. We meet the manager Mr. Hiemer, he was fantastic and made sure we had and amazing stay, he recommend places to visit and took fantastic care of us. the room was beautiful , shower fantastic and the beds incredible, the place glows with kindness and warmth, is just a great place to stay. hands down this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed! I will be coming back!

DDaAnderDurante un viaje de bicicleta de tres días hemos elegido este hotel como nuestro punto de partida y no lo hemos arrepentido. Hemos recibido lo que es raro en estos momentos, incluso un cuarto de tres camas. Un hotel familiar donde se siente bien levantado. Un servicio siempre previo, una excelente cocina, cerveza cuidadosa y un buffet de desayuno que no deja abiertos sus deseos. Y nuestras bicicletas podían pasar la noche en el garaje. En el campo de la ”Old Factory” de la cerveza ”Camba Bavaria”, con un verdadero jardín de cerveza, y leído las especialidades de ”Beer-Artefacto”.

UUsuario invitadoI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location, just outside the main train station and walking distance to the Konigsplatz from where where most of the city is accessible through trams and buses. Checked in was quick, room was ok, though a small bathroom but fully functional with a heater of its own. Linen is changed once every four days as a routine. Breakfast was ok, covers most of the usual stuff. In all, a nice and convenient place to stay if you would be out most of the day.
