«El diseño del techo tiene un sentido de arte, el espacio es grande, el jefe también dio una habitación entre los ríos. La noche de marzo sigue siendo bastante cálida, el aire acondicionado es especialmente caliente y no tiene olor, las rodillas inteligentes siguen calientes, lo que no hace que la gente se sienta muy fría. «酒店位置太讚了，到了烏鎮汽車站步行幾分鐘就到，然後離景區也很方便，位於東柵景區和西柵景區中間，距離南柵商業街也衹有一步之遙，門票記得買套票，也不貴衹要190，都能玩到。周邊吃喝真的有，前台小姐姐也很温柔，有問必答，還會告訴我們當地人吃飯的地方。最最關鍵的是房間，一進去就有一種感覺住在烏鎮，牆壁都是烏鎮的景。比景區房便宜，房間乾淨，真的太讚了，百分百推薦！»

La debilidad de los Estados Unidos es que el estacionamiento del hotel no es muy conveniente. El estacionamiento del otro lado de la calle de estacionamiento debe cobrar 20 dólares por el estacionamiento y la privacidad no es alta. Pensé que la ventana estaba en contra de la pared exterior. SShouzhongdedaoVengo a Wuzhen casi todos los años. El Hotel Di Shang se inauguró el año pasado y ésta es la primera vez que nos alojamos allí. El hotel está situado en la zona escénica de Xizha, cerca de un extremo del Teatro del Agua y cerca del Gran Canal Pekín-Hangzhou. La gestión interna, los servicios y las instalaciones de hardware se sienten mejores que los de un hotel de cinco estrellas estándar. Para aquellos que ya han experimentado las características casas de familia en Wuzhen, elegir aquí hará que su estadía sea más cómoda. Wuzhen se ha gestionado de una manera muy estandarizada a lo largo de los años. Las instalaciones sanitarias y de servicios en la zona pintoresca están relativamente en su lugar y el estilo arquitectónico local está bien conservado. Esta vez vine aquí y obviamente encontré que hay más turistas, y diversas actividades de recepción en el área escénica también son más frecuentes. En cuanto a la restauración, los hoteles y restaurantes se han mantenido en buen estado. No he estado en Shusheng Lamb en los últimos años. Este año, elegí un restaurante popular cerca del Pabellón Wenchang y descubrí que el cordero Wuzhen que siempre me ha gustado sabía como un plato preparado previamente. La noche siguiente, elegí una mesa junto al río en la casa de familia y pedí una porción especial de cordero del lago Wuzhen, que era cordero estofado en la sopa original que había sido prensada con antelación y no había sido frita. El sabor era mucho peor que el de la casa de familia de los años anteriores. Parece que en el futuro solo podré elegir restaurantes de hoteles para cenar en Wuzhen y no me atreveré a salir.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

UUsuario invitadoIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

Bblaire_🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience
1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

La habitación de la ciudad es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel está situado cerca de la entrada de Xizha (Zona de escena occidental) y nos encanta tanto que nunca lo hicimos a Dongzha (Zona oriental). Si necesitas volver a Xizha en 24 horas, escanea tu cara en la recepción del hotel antes de salir de Xizha. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones, como las que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, y las que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.
Wuzhen xizha está hecho de 2 largos lados paralelos que acompañan al canal. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los más pequeños, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Los puentes tampoco tienen ríos y siempre están congestionados cuando la gente de la noche llega al amanecer, pero sorprendentemente nadie cayó en el río hasta que me di cuenta.
La gente está muy loca por la noche. El mejor momento para disfrutar de xizha está realmente reservado para los huéspedes del hotel que se quedan dentro de xizha desde el cierre hasta antes de la hora de apertura. Wuzhen fue muy agradecido por nuestra acomodación. Altamente recomendado.

LLay KimWe travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.

En la guía puedes ver las montañas y los ríos al empujar la ventana, y puedes descansar en el agua desde una perspectiva poética y pintoresca, nos da más imaginación y nos permite entender el significado de la almohada.
El hotel es sencillo y elegante. El vestíbulo y la distribución de las habitaciones, de estilo chino, irradian sencillez y a**ósfera cultural.
En cuanto a la habitación, cada uno tiene sentimientos diferentes. No se puede comparar con la amplitud y la luminosidad de un hotel con estrellas. Algunas mesas y sillas incluso tienen la misma sensación de antigüedad que las de la ciudad antigua. depende enteramente del individuo.
Cuando se trata de servicio, no se trata de si el servicio aquí es el mejor, sino que se puede sentir que cada miembro del personal aquí está haciendo todo lo posible para dar lo mejor de sí, siendo serio, riguroso y gentil.
Debido a que elegí vivir en un área escénica, no podía experimentar la sensación de vivir afuera y luego visitar el área escénica, pero era muy conveniente vivir en el área escénica. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
