Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious with plenty of electric outlets around the room to make sure there were enough to keep devices charged and to plug in laptops etc. The breakfast buffet had a more than ample variety of foods. The significant drawback to the room was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area. The area aound the sink was completely open without any effort to allow privacy when dressing. The toilet stall and shower cubicle were worse, with translucent doors to the sink area. A little bit of attention to design could have easily addressed the problems. A shame considering the great customer service!

We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

這次男朋友生日選擇溫德姆酒店是我做的最最最正確的決定！首先這邊環境宜人，一來到這裡會讓人有在廈門旅行的即視感哈哈。進入大廳工作人員熱情辦理入住！提名前台經理 劉虹 前台接待 劉紅燕 任雅靜 ！作為優秀、專業的工作人員她們更是做到了善解人意，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸，還有！沒有想到酒店還提前為過生日的男朋友準備了蛋糕。劉經理真的細心，未來可期！感嘆溫德姆酒店的管理者帶出了像劉經理這樣專業的酒店管理人才。酒店安裝有空氣凈化，如果有鼻炎患者或者有潔癖的朋友也不要擔心異地居住會有身體不適，還有一些喜歡酒店設計或者愛拍照的朋友我也推薦來這裏，因為這裏樓層足夠高視野也很棒可以一覽眾山小！還有王彤、楊振翔兩位可愛的工作人員，後續辦理退房也很順利，讓我很輕鬆！入住酒店驚喜滿滿，工作人員張宇妍還寫了卡片。手寫的卡片讓我們很感動！入住溫德姆酒店！放眼望去滿目蒼翠！滿目山河！但我最不能忘記的是它帶給我的服務體驗！瀟河作為太原對外的窗口，希望你們繼續fighting！把更多專業服務和驚喜體驗帶給全世界！

The staff is very friendly. The lobby is beautiful. Location was perfect, really close to major shopping centers and transportation. The rooms are simplistic. Also not sure if the air conditioning worked. My room was a little hot. Overall 7/10. I will be staying here again. Thank you for your service
