La experiencia de estadía es excelente, las instalaciones de la habitación están completas, la decoración es muy cálida! En la habitación se puede ver el paisaje del parque del canal, caminar después de la comida es muy cómodo, el servicio de la recepción y la habitación de huéspedes es muy intimidad, y la lavandería de autobús es muy conveniente para la vida habitual.

Este hotel de cuatro estrellas, con habitaciones amplias y luminosas, camas cómodas y suaves, me permite dormir una buena noche. Además, hay salas de fitness, piscinas y otras instalaciones también son perfectas, y me permite mantener un estilo de vida saludable durante el viaje.
El servicio del hotel es realmente insignificante, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de la habitación, todos los empleados están entusiastas y cuidadosamente profesionales.

Ir a Cambridge jugar con amigos, vivir en el estadio de Huahua, el cuarto es muy bueno, la cama grande, limpio y limpio, el entorno es bueno, puede descansar en el piso inferior, pero la comida necesita una cita.

位置：民宿在景區裏面，從民宿去景區其他地方可以讓他們送，去主要景點（牧場啥的）很近
飲食：出景區吃飯稍麻煩一些，但景區裏面中西餐廳就都有，味道價格都不錯
房間：帶了大狗狗，就推薦了loft，自帶了一個小院子，不管是陳設還是風格還是乾淨程度，實物都和商品頁的毫無差別
設施及遊玩：開發得很好的景區，春節期間人不多所以帶狗體驗感很好！很多地方都可以讓狗狗撒歡，出片地也很多
服務：民宿主理人和工作人員都很好！入住前就會拉羣，住的過程關於民宿和景區的問題都會及時在羣裏回答，還會定期安排活動，我當時有越劇表演和交流
性價比：絕對價格雖然高了點，但結合入住體驗來看完全值！而且還送了牧場+手作體驗+小火車票+一頓下午茶，很超值了

”Servicio cálido y cálido”, el hotel explica muy bien este servicio! ¡La salud gentil del servidor de puertas, la disposición personalizada de la habitación, la noche de noche, el desayuno rico y el agua mineral puesta en el portaeléctrico, están pensando en los huéspedes por todas partes. MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.
Thank you again, Tina.
We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

Bblaire_🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience
1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- Primera vez de vuelta en Tongxiang después de 4 años. 7 noches en una amplia ”Sala de negocios” en el edificio B con 2 camas individuales muy firmes reyes que me dieron una dolorosa vuelta superior. (No tengo problemas de vuelta normalmente ...) Pillows planos. El aire acondicionado sin esperanza luchaba para llegar a un nivel absoluto de 23C y fue ruidoso. (32C días y 26C noches.). Grande baño con baño. Ducha limitada con ducha mano y ducha de lluvia. Muy tranquilo debido a la menor ocupación y el tráfico exterior. Buenas cortinas de bloqueo. Puntos de potencia internacionales con USB pero tiene que tener una pin de tierra si quieres usar un plug Aussie. (O riesgo de empujar manualmente la tierra de bloqueo.) Muchos gratis películas en inglés disponibles ahora en la televisión en calidad razonable. Una cosa que me pareció especialmente útil fue que se suministra un pequeño tubo de detergente de lavandería líquido y algunos ganchos sobre el baño.
No había ningún bar refrigerador en mi habitación a la llegada, pero se suministró rápidamente, gratis, cuando lo pregunté. (Vacío).
El hotel dispone de un gran centro comercial y un pequeño 7-eleven tienda de tipo muy cerca de la entrada frontal donde se puede comprar tsing taos para 6rmb.
El desayuno buffet incluido era bastante medio con menos opciones y una calidad inferior a los hoteles similares de 5*. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede sentar en el hotel.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

JJingI highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Wuzhen historical site. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area within the historical district, offering beautiful scenery. This allows you to enjoy a peaceful morning inside the historical district. While it is not the cheapest option in the area, it is definitely worth the price.

DDanny SukwongThe location is close to Wanda and next to a stylish area JiuQuLi. The area has a variety of restaurants and shops. The service was helpful and fast. The check-in experience was fast and answered many questions. The rooms were clean, large with nice views of the city. There is a lounge area that a beautiful view of the city and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

UUsuario invitadoIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
