1. 22點熱水停了，致電前台讓等，好了回覆，結果都沒有等來回復，就是自己開水試着用，23點左右才能洗上澡，用水前中段突然冷了，差點冷發燒
2. 熱水壺有頭髮，致電前台，回覆説給我換一個然後很禮貌地掛了，我話還沒説完呢。
3. 因為水停過，再想煮水的時候，水是渾濁的，唉

地段：隔六星街不遠，酒店對面好多吃的。
服務：服務非常好。我在大堂等車、準備離開酒店的時候，前台主動問我是否需要咖啡。酒店提供送機的車輛，師傅也非常好。
硬件及氛圍：一進大廳就感覺到整潔、温暖，也有香氛的味道。房間內部也非常大，寬敞明亮，佈局設計很合理，感覺非常舒適。
看得出酒店挺注重細節。非常推薦大家入住。

El servicio del personal del salón es excelente y la recepción se ocupa de la estancia muy rápida y cuidadosa. La seguridad de la puerta es muy entusiasta, sonríe muy guapa, y nos dice muchas habilidades automotoras, que nos hace sentir confiables y muy calientes. El espacio en la habitación es grande y limpio, el calor es suficiente, y puede sentirse caliente sin mangas cortas. La panadería de la piel del desayuno es muy deliciosa y el lavado de la sala de fitness también es normal. La única insuficiencia puede ser que el electrodoméstico sea un poco largo y funcione mucho cuando se mueve. En general, la vida es muy cómoda.

La puerta te ayudará a llevar tu equipaje y te llevará arriba. MMiladTo be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.

衞生：衞生也打掃的很乾凈，淋浴間和衞生間分列兩邊，但是門有點透明
環境：酒店大堂寬敞，離最熱鬧的步行街挺遠，但是離高速近，挺安靜
服務：前台美女服務很好，要礦泉水也沒有不給，詢問後就愉快的給了，點個贊
唯一不足就是房間空調降温很慢，霍爾果斯的白天非常熱，設定的16度但是呼呼呼吹的像26、27度的風，建議檢查一下。

La habitación del hotel es limpia y limpia, incolora y proporciona una sensación de confort y tranquilidad. UUsuario invitadoAunque es el lugar menos valioso del viaje, llueve mucho en el momento, la carretera de Eyesh se cerró, no fue, la carretera original volvió a Ining. La habitación del hotel puede decir limpia, las instalaciones son viejas, tiene su propio estacionamiento, esto es bueno. Otros, por lo general, tienen más de 800, no se puede hacer frente a este precio, y no hay hoteles de alta velocidad.

I entered a building but didn‘t find it - finally a woman was called to show me to my room (ai am used to be shown the room anyway). We went through half the park and the lady didn‘t bother that I had to carry five bags. Only upon me insisting she went to bring a loundry basket on wheels for my equipment.
Althought I had asked for a nonsmoking-room I got a smoking room that looked in the street so it was quite noisy as I had to leave the window open. Not a very pleasant stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe host was very friendly and helpful. He introduced us a lot about Nalati and the wider region. He even drove us to the Nalati scenic area.
The location was also not hard to find and conveniently located. We took a public bus from Yining and the drop-off location in Nalati was approximately a 10 minutes walk to the farmhouse. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the Nalati scenic area. There are also several good food options and convenience stores nearby.

VVSTOverall the hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep in. It's walking distance to the popular 六星街。The older lady staff who helped us checked in was friendly and gave us free breakfast.
However, the other younger staff didn't help much because we called up earlier to make arrangements for the hotel pick up at the bus station. We agreed to contact each other by Wechat. Unfortunately, the girls didn't accept my request on Wechat and hence we couldn't contact the hotel by the time we arrived at Yining bus station. As foreigners, we are only able to use Wechat to communicate with the locals in China. Then after staying for two nights, we needed transport to go to the railway station at 8.30am, however again the staff told us that the transport services start only at 9.00am - 9.00pm.
There are washing machines available, too.
Breakfast is good.

NNOzhutie選擇蘭州是因為10多年前來霍爾果斯就住這兒，當時霍爾果斯還不是市呢。賓館院子裏沒說的，環境好，綠植也確實一直有人養護。但房間裏就差強人意了，兩間房，都是後院。兩間房一間空調幾乎等於沒有，整整開了5個小時房間才有涼感。空調可見的灰多到不行。一個房間的廁所燈是感應的，孤落寡聞的我表示不理解。兩個房間的電視很小，小到畫麪顯示不完全。走廊裏未開空調，悶熱。
