La decoración de la casa es muy bonita! La primera línea de vista del mar es excelente, la higiene es buena, no hay olor, el servicio de la tienda también es muy bueno, nos contactó con antelación y nos dirigió a la recepción entusiasta después de llegar. ¡5 puntos directos sobre esta actitud de servicio!

Puede mirar el mar es un punto antiguo, pero completo, el frigorífico es útil. No es necesario, no hay problema. Puede llegar al mar en diez minutos. El balcón puede ver un poco de performances de clases chinas.

La habitación es limpia y sana, la playa está abajo, el viento del mar también es muy cómodo, servicio cuidadoso, la sala de paisaje del mar de primera línea, vale la pena recomendar jugar

老闆人非常好，熱情，服務很好。訂的園景房價格非常優惠，中午、晚上休息很安靜。去海邊、市場、超市也非常方便，步行5~10分鐘可到達。最後一天退房，因帶着孩子想休息一下再返深，老闆人非常好給延遲到下午兩點🕑非常不錯的體驗！十里銀灘海岸線長，每一段都有不同的風光，是旅遊度假拍照打卡的好去處！

Para ser así, es de estilo de apartamento, debe ser una epidemia de larga duración sin pasajeros. Al entrar tres baterías de aire acondicionado están malas. Ha gastado casi 700 habitaciones de paisaje del mar divididas en el tercer piso. No puedo ver el mar. Es realmente mala experiencia. Principalmente hay un desempeño de un coche técnico y un coche de cartón, Hay alguien jugando a las 12 de la noche, el ruido es un poco grave, así que otros también.

下單訂房有管家聯繫告知停車場，坐船的位置。坐船上島後的感覺和岸邊完全不同，很安靜，真的可以慢慢走一走沙灘，下午和第二天早餐後太陽很暖在海邊的帳篷躺平一下。這個人流量島上吃的選擇不多可以理解，早餐還是不錯的。點贊一下管家的細緻服務，篝火駐唱，養魚酒館和燈塔咖啡，還有燈塔下面的咖啡營地，值得推薦。

酒店的優點：新酒店，應該是還沒有全面性開業，前台有禮貌，房間設計很新穎別緻。
環境：建議朋友們自駕遊，周圍5公里範圍內沒什麼吃喝玩樂的地方，酒店2邊的爛地建議管理層可以動動腦筋遮擋部分，這麼好的地理環境會令住客過來度假很影響心情的，過馬路沙灘時請重視！！過往車輛車速很快，有安全隱患。
服務：酒店服務人員比較熱情，我對於工作人員的工作服這點很重視，別説4星，妥妥一個家庭式的酒店，不論目前是什麼樣的模式在運行，1層中餐廳，4層西餐廳，做為一個消費者，我要感受到起碼的專業，尤其清潔房間的工作人員不穿工作服非常沒有安全感，希望老闆及管理層一定重視這一問題。
設施：房間裝修簡單舒適，好靚，淡色系，説實話我很喜歡，不清楚每個房型的設施是否一樣，共住了2天，房間欠缺1張長台放行李箱，維護保養後遺症居多。
我一定會再回來住，希望到時候有不一樣的體驗。

環境很好，房間很乾凈，擺放了鮮花安靜温馨！温泉水太舒服了！可以餵雞摘菜，晚上下火鍋吃！雞好吃菜也好吃！食材不錯，吃撐了，吃飯都送到房間裏，方便，邊泡邊吃，太舒服了，小孩好開心可以體驗餵雞摘菜！老闆太好了，特別熱情！考慮周到！有求必應！小孩10點多想吃薯片，店裡沒有番茄味的，半夜下山去外面買小孩喜歡的味道薯片送給小孩吃！走的時候還送了雞蛋！下次帶朋友一起還來這邊！一個很不錯放鬆休閑泡温泉的地方！👍

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway!

MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes.
The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta.
There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead.
Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread.
The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash.
I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

PPhilaEste apartamento está en la ubicación perfecta. Muy cerca de la playa y cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.
- El mantenimiento de la habitación no es muy bueno, tiene un olor a humo viejo y la cocina y el baño necesitan un poco de mantenimiento.
- La cama era la parte que menos me gustaba, es tan dura como el suelo. Rebote cero.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy cómodo. A los niños les gusta tanto que se resisten a salir. Es muy cómodo. El parque infantil en la piscina tiene de todo, y el catering también es muy bueno. Shen Xia es muy cariñoso y se lleva bien cuidado de los niños. Vamos, el único inconveniente es que los fuegos artificiales son demasiado ruidosos por la noche. Espero que los departamentos pertinentes resuelvan este problema. Los fuegos artificiales no son ecológicos para el mar.

HHluobo03Instalaciones: Muy buenas y completas. No sólo hay un parque acuático, sino que también está a sólo cinco minutos a pie desde el vestíbulo del hotel hasta la playa. ¡El hotel cuenta con juegos de mesa, mesas de ping pong, parque infantil y restaurantes con diferentes sabores!
Medio ambiente: Es bastante bueno. Además de la playa, también tiene un pequeño jardín. ¡Las señales de tráfico son claras y comprensibles! La experiencia fue genial y volveré la próxima vez ✌🏻
Servicio: La actitud de servicio de la recepcionista Ayun❤️ es súper buena. Olvidé traer el documento de identidad de mi hijo. 刘刘Este hotel es muy bonito! La habitación es grande, frente al mar, mira las olas en el balcón todo el día y escucha la noche. El hotel está a decenas de metros de la playa y se encuentra a los pies de las escaleras. Surfando en el mar todo el día y la piscina caliente de la noche. ¡La gorda de la gordura puede subir a la estación de 25 pisos también. ¡Gracias!

UUsuario invitadoWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
