The hotel was beautiful! We had a great view of the pool and the room was really clean. There was a path directly to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel.

性價比超高的酒店，房間寬敞乾淨，環境靠環湖公園，地理位置偏僻但有免費接送機服務，適合從機場出島入島居住。
環境：環湖公園風景很好，很大而且人少，有小朋友玩沙的地方，半天散散步就過去了。
房間：超預期，整體很新，親子房間有小帳篷和木馬，斜看湖景。
地理位置：超級偏僻，前不着村後不着店。衹找到酒店的食堂。點菜雖然樣式不多，但好吃不貴，帶小朋友也可以較好滿足用餐需求。離美蘭機場半小時車程，沒發現飛機經過的噪音，免費接送機服務不錯。
整體環境和體驗媲美五星級酒店，小而美。但地理位置太偏僻了，從機場入島出島推薦，性價比高

The staff at this hotel was the nicest, friendliest group of people I have met in all of China. The staff (Ella) told me the owner had six hotels in the island and he has given them incredible spirit of customer service.

攜程假價與酒店現場價一樣。在攜程訂房，還要給全額定金，入住時還不能用作房費，房費需在入住時再付，定金要退房後1天才退費，感覺押太多錢在攜程了。這裏的二樓雙床房超讚（據説只有4間），48平米，古香古色、乾淨衞生，但設施有點舊。若洗澡間增加掛衣服的鈎子更好了。送的雙人火山温泉谷五大洲礦温泉體驗也是超讚，温泉更衣間管理跟不上，隨處是用完的毛巾，但泉水是不錯的。

屋外小陽台晾曬也很方便，向南陽光充足
周邊各類海南民俗風味原生態，離的不遠還有農貿市場，去往各個景點交通也很方便，真的是一個旅遊出行超級棒的港灣👍

Fantástico
GGeoff VEl hotel está situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Haikou East, a una calle lateral tranquila. Las habitaciones son básicas pero muy limpias. Me encontré muy cómoda la cama. También hay una buena selección de películas de acción de idioma inglés disponibles para ver en la televisión si puedes conseguir averiguar cómo pagar la tasa nominal a través de un código QR.
No obstante, es el personal y el propietario que pone este hotel aparte de casi todos los que he estado en. Como no tan tecnológicamente sabio visitante por primera vez a China continental, habría sido perdido completamente sin su ayuda en casi todos los aspectos de mi 3 estancia en Haikou. Muchas gracias a todos, especialmente a Hao Li (creo que es muy cerca), el director de tiendas.

CChee WeeThere is a mall beside the hotel, but there is nothing much there! Check in and out is very efficient. The room decor and furniture are old. The sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps, dragging of furniture and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. The service staff is polite and one the supervisor/manager can remember where we were sitting previously and know what coffee we wanted. Chatted with her and know that she was from Hunan province. The hotel can consider not to have the mini bar inside the room, instead, to have vending machines i.e. drink, snack and food at the hotel lobby. The gym is good but not 24-hour. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

LlisasaChanWe stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful.
At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. While it offers good value for money, there is a cleanliness issues, such as dirt on the walls and unpleasant smells in the bathrooms. Additionally, the majority of the rooms are smoking, limiting options for non-smokers and families with children. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating, but I experienced persistent odours and mosquitoes in the rooms, even after requesting a change of accommodations.

LLeanne KetGreat for a quick stay! We got in late to Haikou and wanted a convenient hotel close to the airport for the night. This place was a short, easy walk with many signs directing you exactly where to go. The check out time is also 2:00 which is so nice! This allowed us to have lunch at the food court and see some of the shops before our train to the southern part of Hainan a bit later in the afternoon.
The room is very comfortable and large with a huge bed. I would definitely stay here again.

VViviLeonLet's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.
The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

LlindexLas habitaciones transparentes estilo apartamento con grandes balcones no tienen nada que ver con la sofisticación. No tienen muchas comodidades, pero tienen un gran espacio. Quizás los preparativos comerciales fueron apresurados y el apartamento no estaba completamente equipado. Por ejemplo, el balcón donde vivía no tenía lavadora ni tendedero y la habitación todavía olía a decoración. Creo que mejorará pronto.
