Todo fue bueno en este hotel, excepto el sensor de luz automático que tiene un sonido muy molesto durante toda nuestra estancia.
Other than this, all’ well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.
Gracias por el gran servicio, muy recomendado.

レセプションの案内に日本語もあります。
なお、マウンテンビューの部屋でしたが、マッターホルン方面は見えません。spa(サウナ)がありますが入っていません。

Muy especial, el hotel es muy cálido, la casa de madera está decorada y el desayuno es bueno, puede ver la montaña negra en el balcón. El hotel tiene un camión para la estación de tren, puede traer personas y equipaje al hotel y contactar con antelación para la reserva. La próxima vez que viene a Chermat todavía vale la pena permanecer.

El personal de servicio y la paciencia son excelentes, la habitación es bonita y cómoda y la ubicación geográfica es excelente. El hotel también tiene spa, pero se olvida de llevar una bañera. La próxima vez ㄧ seguramente volverá a permanecer en el hotel.

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt!
However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in.
The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

SStellakwansyStaying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for.
The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences.
I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

UUsuario invitado瑞士之行住過最棒的酒店，從zermtt坐火車到riffleberg站下車之後提前通知酒店前台會有人幫你拿行李，預訂包括了兩頓餐時，東西吃的不錯。主要是這個景色實在是太值得了，再加上還有温泉以及桑拿，非常舒服愜意，推薦作為來zermatt首選。而且在這個酒店之後大家不需要再坐車去山頂站，因為山頂站的景色還不如酒店的景色，親測。

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

SShih Yuin ChewFirst of all, this place look MUCH better than the pictures. The whole building is new and well furnished instead of the rundown look on the booking website.
And the bed is comfy and new. You just have to make your own bed: mattress, pillow and quilt. Locker is spacious too, with partition and hanger.
I love how espresso/cappucino is free flow in the breakfast. And the breakfast has a good variety tho basic: different cheeses/ham, breads, jams etc, enough to keep me not bored for two nights.
The staffs at reception were mostly helpful and vibrant in personality as well.
There are fridge in the dining room too, which is a very important feature for guests staying in youth hostel. Because saving on food is one of the major reasons guests stay in youth hostel.
Another good thing is free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
That said, there are two huge problem with the hostel: one, the charger in the room. Because the socket is facing down, if one’s using heavy adapter and, even worse, along with a big charger, it’s almost certain to fall. And there’s only one socket on the wall. I was lucky for the 2nd night to switch to that bed, else I had to spend a good 1-2 hours in common area to have my phone/laptop etc charged. To me it’s a design that serves almost no purpose and even arguably insensitive to international traveler. Not sure how they’re gonna fix it for other travelers, but charging is almost #1 travelling need for travelers.
The 2nd issue was with the bathroom on the top floor. The automatic light went off way too quickly, and it’s barely sensitive to motion when you’re in the shower cubicle. You have to open the door, and reach your hands out to have it turned back on, when everything is pitch dark. Many including me had talked about it, but no effective action was taken.
P/S: From this place to Gornergrat, you have two stations to choose from: Zermatt or Findelbach, the latter is closer and 3.5CHF cheaper, but at the cost of more demanding uphill climbing.

Aunque hay un asiento de la cabina, hay un bucle USB-c en la cama y la mesa, y también puede cargar tabletas para teléfonos móviles. Los productos de lavabo del hotel son relativamente generales. Hay una caja disponible. El recipiente está bien mirando la caja de lavabo, pero no hay señales. Se estima que es barato lavar la cabeza de la caja de lavabo. Además, observe que no hay agua caliente en la habitación (¿Piensa que puede ser que el tsunami tenga más miedo de que el agua quemada salga?)

It will be relaxing to sit there in the warm weather but it's snowing all the time during our stay at Zermatt. There is an elevator to all floors but need to walk up or down 7 steps to your room.

Caminando a 10 minutos de la estación de Zermatt, en la calle comercial. Afortunadamente, nos encontramos en el primer piso, por lo que no tuvimos que subir con nuestras maletas demasiados pasillos. Costumbres que no se pueden ver: no vi un bin (sólo un pequeño en el baño) por lo que quizá traiga su propio bolso de plástico para un bin, así como los pantalones de cuarto.
El lugar era limpio! Sin embargo, hay alguna música alta que toca incluso en las horas de la noche de la noche como las 3 pm, así que si eres un dormitorio ligero, puedes tener que poner algunos plugs de orejas para mover el ruido. No obstante, Muchas gracias por la estancia. El desayuno es muy agradable, muy sencillo pero muy caliente y el café es el más delicioso que he tenido. La casa de la habitación era muy agradable y se le recomienda un lugar muy fácil y sin salir.
