La ubicación es muy buena - el viaje a corto plazo al centro y el autobús número 28 del aeropuerto se detiene prácticamente fuera del hotel. Hemos estado varias veces y siempre hemos tenido muy buena experiencia. Servicio muy bueno, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Habitación familiar grande y cómoda, con cafeteras y pastas de cortesía. Las camas son cómodas y el baño de tamaño adecuado. Restaurante buenisimo con terraza muy agradable y desayuno muy completo. Aunque está en las afueras se llega muy facilmente en coche, tiene parking y te puedes mover con facilidad para acceder al centro con la tarjeta de transporte incluida. Enfrente de un centro comercial con tiendas de todo tipo. Los empleados son muy atentos y simpáticos.

Estructura situada a unos siete minutos de taxi del aeropuerto y fuera del centro sin embargo fácilmente accesible con los tranvías 14 y 18 que se toman a los dos a 50 metros del hotel y con sólo 15 minutos te llevarán al centro de detención Bel Air desde donde usted La estructura se encuentra ya a pie del centro histórico y del lago, pero creo que es muy desorganizada y que debe mejorarse en muchos aspectos. Las habitaciones son más que cómodas con cama de matrimonio king size, lamentablemente no están equipadas con los pinos de saco italianos. Baño cómodo con ducha amplia donde, por supuesto, no hay bidet, faltan también las chiabatas que para un 4 estrellas es una pena grande y en el frío no hay bebidas sino una botella de agua que hacen que se encuentra en la mesa a la llegada. Desafortunadamente, deja a deseo de limpieza y peor aún el segundo día no habían hecho ni la habitación para luego limpiar (en 10 minutos!!!) en ns petición alrededor de las 18:00 y dejo espacio para la imaginación sobre el nivel de limpieza realizada. El desayuno es de dulce y salado aceptable y con varias propuestas. Personal más que disponible tanto en la recepción donde al llegar encontramos un chico que hablaba también italiano muy propenso a dar información, amables y también disponibles en el desayuno. Iniciar y salir demasiado lentamente y sin embargo con pocas personas esperando esto debido a la presencia de un solo operador, situación que también hemos observado en los giros de la llamada estancia. Sin embargo, creo que es una buena solución para quienes quieren gastar mucho menos que las instalaciones en pleno centro, incluso para la conexión fácil y rápida con el tranvía de este último como los autobuses se pueden utilizar totalmente gratis haciendo Entregar los billetes a la recepción que valen para todo el Vs residencia.

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights, 2nd April-6th April. The building either interior or exterior was very well maintained and lovely decor. The reception area was very soothing and welcoming. Free tea/coffee. The room we had slept 4 people which we needed. It was well equipped, it even had a coffee machine. Very clean room. Ample of linens/ towels. The Hotel had given us the opportunity to apply for free travel passes during the duration of our stay. This allowed us to travel freely anywhere and in any mode of transport which saved us a lot money on transport. Transport was easily accessible, in fact the bus stop was just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They also had lots of boards games which we enjoyed playing until late at night. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Es muy conveniente quedarse aquí cuando esté en tránsito desde Ginebra, hay servicio de recogida y regreso gratuito, pero preste atención a la hora. Si no puede utilizar el servicio de traslado gratuito del hotel, hay autobuses hasta la entrada del hotel. El hotel proporciona billetes de autobús gratuitos durante su estancia. Puede solicitarlos con antelación por correo electrónico. El desayuno también era muy bueno.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Hotel muy confortable. Ideal para visitar Ginebra en asunto de negocios. El personal muy amable y profesional. La habitación cómoda. Muy bien conectado con el aeropuerto , a solo 7 muntos en ómnibus y a la vez con el centro de la ciudad. Aunque la habitación no es grande, está muy limpia y ordenada. El hotel dispone de autobús gratuito al aeropuerto y el desayuno satisface las necesidades. Después de registr**** en el hotel, recibirá una tarjeta de transporte que le permitirá tomar el transporte local de forma gratuita. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno y la recepción es amable. El hotel no está muy lejos de la ciudad y es muy conveniente tomar el transporte público. Hay un tren que pasa detrás del hotel pero el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno.

La habitación era muy agradable, y el hotel estaba muy bien.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention.
