Tu alojamiento en Whitehorse

Me hospede en este hotel durante mi tour de Auroras Boreales y debo decir que el servicio es excelente, solo estaba ahí para cenar y dormir pero no me hizo falta nada. Cuentan con Wifi gratuito, lo que fue excelente para poder comunicarme con mi familia en el viaje, además que las habitaciones son espaciosas cuentan con calefacción, tv, refri, cafetera y agua caliente, que es justo lo que se necesita. En la parte de abajo hay un restaurante llamado ”Tony's Pasta” el cual tiene servicio hasta las 6 pm, es perfecto para cenar después de un día de hacer tours por la ciudad, si llegas tarde puedes pedir tu orden para llevar y comerla en tu habitación. En el lobby hay una maquina de bebidas y tienda de recuerdos donde también puedes adquirir algunos artículos.

El hotel es muy cercano a todo. Después de mi investigación, decidí reservar a Elite por dos noches. Fue un corto taxi desde el aeropuerto donde el conductor de taxi Yukon tomó todos nuestros bolsillos en el hotel.. muy pensado. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y tiene un check-in rápido mientras reservamos por ***********. nos dijo dónde comer, dónde ver las vistas, etc. Era muy útil. Es un hotel más antiguo con acceso clave a nuestra habitación. La habitación era muy espaciosa y incluye un refrigerador, cocina eléctrica, cafetera, nevera, microondas y baño. Estaba muy limpio, tenía 2 camas confortables de tamaño reina. Caminando a todos los caballos blancos. El calor eléctrico se desactivó, pero llamamos a la recepción y inmediatamente se levantaron 2 calefactores portátiles.. gran servicio.. recomendaría

This is our third time staying at the Raven Inn, and we always come back for the modern, clean, comfortable rooms and great location! This place feels brand new and is very well appointed. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay in Whitehorse! Highly recommend and will be back!

The only reason the Edgewater Hotel is getting a 4 star and not a 5 star is parking. They have a very small parking lot and all other parking is metered parking so if you are not out moving your car by 9:30am expect a ticket as they sit and wait there. Other than that, the suite is AMAZING, spacious and a full kitchen which I love. Stayed several times this summer when I traveled to Whitehorse. I will absolutely return.

El hotel está situado en una plaza que tiene todo lo que necesita con una estación de gas en la calle. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las camas confortables, las baños son limpias con muchas toallas. Hay una nueva TV y Wi-Fi gratuito. Hay un gran estacionamiento y el edificio es muy invitado desde el exterior. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer.

I had a pleasant stay there in June on our way to Alaska. Nice clean rooms but the parking sucks in front, very tight. The staff was very nice and helpful. On our way back in July we went there again but they were full, so I had to go somewhere else.

This establishment does not live up to its reputation, nor do the photographs tell the whole truth. As soon as we walked through the front door we realised that something was amiss -- the lobby furniture showing in the photographs was non-existent! After exploring the rest of the facilities and chatting with the staff, we were ready to assume that some assets had been sold to pay ongoing utilities and other expenses; the funds they might have reaped from the sale certainly didn't go to fix the ice machine or the laundry equipment which were supposed to be available to the clientele, but were non-operational during our stay. We booked our room in May, and at that time were promised a complimentary breakfast; when I asked where breakfast was served, I was told that they didn't serve breakfast, so the photos of the dining area on their website were a bit misleading as well. They do get full marks for cleanliness of the rooms and corridors, and those travellers who prefer a firm mattress would have been very happy with the beds in our room. We also loved the fluffy white towels. Because we were disappointed overall with the accommodations, we changed our plans and checked out a day early. Overall, a disappointing stop on our tour of Northern Canada.

We were in room 229 for 3 nights to see the northern lights. The place is old and needs updating badly. It was also unbelievably noisy. You could hear every step of the room above us at all hours and out in the hall. Outside our window was mechanical equipment and it was loud at times. There is also construction going on next door and for one afternoon it shook the room for hours while we were trying to rest to go see the lights that night. Terrible experience! The suite was ready late from the agreed booking time. When we checked in we were getting settled and someone walked into the suite from a locked to us door in the hallway. When I asked her who she was and what she was doing she did not answer, just closed the door while I said I am not comfortable with this. We looked at moving but were unable to find any available accommodations for a family our size on short notice. The host explained that it was the laundry room and the individual was trying to access a shortcut out of the laundry room to the house. The suite was dirty with stains on the beds, ceiling and carpets, with a musty smell. The suite was in poor repair with a list of posted rules to follow. There were belongings under the bed and in the drawers from previous guests. Soon we realized the rest of the house was set up as a hostel type rental situation with many people coming and going. I was unable to sleep, knowing that anyone could access our suite from the laundry room with our children sleeping there. Our suite was an after thought with a flimsy added door that had a 6” gap from the floor allowing us to hear every coming and going. We chose to cancel our last night, giving four days notice. The cancellation policy on the booking ap we used listed a partial refund. The host refused and told us to take it up with the ap. This accommodation charged premium rates for a horrible experience. Stay anywhere but here.
