El desayuno era bueno, servido en la sala de cenas, a diferencia de durante la cocina cuando no había desayuno de ningún tipo.

I was SO impressed with this hotel. A mid range chain but full of thoughtful touches and helpful staff. Doggy treats in jars, good strong coffee at free coffee station, excellent array of things in its ‘market’. Even a selection of glasses to take to your room to use if you have brought in your own wine or beer. Spotlessly clean!

We were late checked in . Reception night manger lady and Restaurant Jason Chan were super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was delicious . Restaurant team were professional . Cleaned the guest tables speedy and replenished buffet food efficiently . Deeply appreciated two Housekeeping ladies and Front Desk Manager Ms . Kay Lee Sweeney helped to open the room door for my luggage cases . Excellent customer service is the best choice in Sudbury .

Average stay, staff is super nice and friendly. Lobby area is beautifully decorated and fresh, breakfast is very nice with lot of options. Only problem is the size of washroom was tiny and sound proofing between rooms is not adequate. Bathroom is so tight that if u have to go inside and adjust just to close the door. The whole door doesnt open bcos the shower curtain rod is stuck. With kid it was impossible for us to even use the sink hence we did not take a bath even as it was so uncomfortable and made whole stay bad.

El hotel era muy agradable y limpio. El primer día para el desayuno fue decente y el servidor fue agradable, pero en los puntos de la segunda mañana cambió y cuando usted le pidió al servidor ese día no era muy amable y parecía una inconveniente pedir algo. Todo lo demás sobre este hotel fue genial y queremos reservar de nuevo

Las instalaciones del hotel son difíciles de decir y se quedan 6 días. Alarma falsa, interrupción de la red y detención de la alarma de incendios. Si me permiten elegir, no tengo que pensarlo, pero su marido piensa que la cocina está bien. El lienzo es también un niño menor que no puede usar. Ya jugamos dos veces al bebé. El salvador dijo que no puede jugar. El bebé también es una lástima. Hay más variedad de desayunos, más personas después de las nueve, es posible que haya fracasos de comida, no es posible repararlo. Otros, no podemos tolerar que se rompa la red. El servicio de la habitación es muy bueno y preguntamos si necesitamos una comida cada día.

Hasan ant the front desk was amazing! Very polite and He was so kind and patient while helping to book my room! The room was nice and clean lots of space, big closet space fridge yummmy breakfast fruit, waffles and cereal:) Amazing guest! 10/10 recommend this hotel

Fabuloso
Don't hesitate. Looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay while visiting Sudbury? This is it. We booked it for one night, as my spouse had a medical appointment in the early morning. It's located quite close to the Moonbeam beach, which would also be worth visiting. It was probably the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in. The room was recently refurbished, and was a really pleasant place to hang out for a night. Fast wifi, comfy bed, and a really high-quality breakfast in the morning...in the cleanest dining area imaginable!!! It even had a fancy-schmancy coffee maker which dispensed cappuccinos, among other beverages. I will attach pictures as soon as I can.

Muy bueno
I don’t give 5/5 often, but this hotel deserves it. Not because it’s especially luxurious, but because it’s just as nice as its competition which charges much more per night. The room was spotless and reasonably modern. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. Breakfast was good. What more do you need, at a very reasonable price? Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Sudbury.

MMimiI got bed bugs bite after the stay. It’s unfortunate but I feel like during my business travels, unless I am booking premium higher end hotels where it is at least $130-$150+ per night, there is about 20-30% chance that I wake up with bites.. i can never see them and everything always appears ok but you find out after the fact, a day or two later. My biggest question to hotels are do you guys wash ALL bed sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, blankets, covers etc after every single stay? I can probably bet my next paycheque that I wouldnt be surprised if that’s not the case with most lower end hotels and it’s quite alarming…

UUsuario invitadoGood hotel for accessing medical appointments. New carpeting in rooms. Door to room did not close properly though. Perkins restaurant was overpriced and not very good. I’d stay again for another medical appointment but likely not for recreational travel.

MMathew AAt the first impression, I thought the area was sketchy but changed my mind and decided to stay as was looking to stay nearby work place. The hotel staff were very courteous, helpful, polite, and the rooms was with all amenities as well very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfied and good with morning start up.

UUsuario invitadoThis is more of a no tell motel. I booked this for my boyfriend, children and I. They billed our room hours in advance. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they take your “deposit” as a means to bill you for the room. It was MORE than the room cost. Even GWL is half or so what the room costs. Then they don’t bill you for the room (that part I was ok with afterwards). The “breakfast nook” in the lobby is 90% out of service. What they do offer for breakfast is literally a brown bag lunch. I didn’t even bother looking at what was offered, as they were all literally in brown paper bags. Nothing was laid out so you had a choice to see what was there. It’s like it was a homeless shelter. Like I said in the title - no tell motel. The whole building is only 2 floors so there is no elevator you have to carry everything upstairs if you’re on the second floor, the door to which isn’t easy to do and if you have children with you it either means carting them up and down with you on stairs or leaving them alone in the hotel room. The one stair case smelled like urine and a musky basemen. Our room had 2 sticky spots on the carpet, holes in the screen, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke they tried to mask with a glade plug in (speaking Erin someone else who rented a room theirs did as well but they only got spray in their room, they were below us), there was cereal under the one desk, and a massive chunk of hair in the bathroom behind the door! If you’re wondering my hair is purple not black, my children have blonde hair. The beds were doubles, and were the shortest doubles I’ve ever slept on in my life, I’m 5’8” and when I stretched out my feet they were off the bed. When I mentioned these things to the desk they were Iike we can’t do anything about these because you booked through a third party booking site (it’s their PARENT SITE by the way, I just had a corporate discount). There is no excuse for lack of cleaning. The fact that most vehicles were gone by 630am just confirms this is likely a no-tell motel and not a hotel. I’d never stay there again. Next time we go to Sudbury to see Science North and Dynamic north we will pay a bit more for a proper hotel Vs a dive. The only thing I’ll give them is we didn’t get bed bugs.
