Fabuloso
Vinimos a pasar el fin de semana para el procedimiento hospitalario de mi esposa en septiembre y queríamos darle las gracias especiales por la hospitalidad que sentí que estaba aquí. El lugar era limpio, el escritorio delantero era muy caliente y bienvenido y mientras que había mucho ruido y comportamiento inadecuado ese fin de semana, fue debido a los huéspedes que creo que vinieron para un partido de hockey para adultos. Me quejé en la mesa delantera porque teníamos a nuestros hijos y creí que esto era un lugar familiar y estoy muy contento de cómo lo han hecho, incluso después de que los huéspedes tan rudos e inconsiderados se hayan quitado (con la ayuda de la policía) cuando no respetaron las reglas del motel. Me recomendaría muy quedarme aquí, me sentí seguro y respetado. En general, 4.5/5 permanecer, voy a quedarme aquí otra vez!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the quietness of the room, which was very clean with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the location with lots of free parking and the close proximity to the waterfront trail. The reception staff were friendly. We had dinner one night in their restaurant, Bishop Landing, which overlooks the water. The meal was good as was our waitress. Will go back if we are in the area again.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last year during business visits to Owen Sound. It is well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. For work trips, it provides great price with excellent service and great quality for a 2 star hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and always with a smile . The rooms have the required amenities- fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. There is coffee in the lobby from the early morning till late at night. Location is central, plenty of parking as well as EV charging stations.

The staff were very professional & courteous. The pool area is great. We loved the spacious clean room with new flooring. Great variety in the fitness room. Worth the price & a great continental breakfast. No complaints. Located in a convenient area of Owen Sound.

We were given a room infested with bed bugs. We saw 7 in the span of a 1/2 hour; killed 4 of them on pillows and 3 more were crawling up the wall. We left immediately packing up our clothes in plastic bags. I felt there was neglect with cleaning and pest control. Saw insect powder on the baseboards behind the bed so someone knew there was an issue in that room. It shouldn't have been given out. Room 219. Ruined our trip because it was the long weekend and they didn't have any other rooms available to switch us and all other hotels in the area were fully booked.

Bavish and his family were wonderful, so welcoming, attentive and very helpful. They treat their customers like family, the rooms were so clean and very nice. Donna their cleaning lady was always checking in every morning seeing if I needed clean linen, towels and coffee or my room cleaned. They have a beautiful back yard with bbqs and seating and even a look out were I spent many nights and mornings watching sunsets and the sunrise. So peaceful, you can tell they are always working as a team effort and take pride in the business and keeping customers happy. I even had family come stay in the area and they loved it. I will recommend the Owen Sound inn to any family or friends or people up for vacation looking somewhere nice and quaint to stay. 5 stars in my books for sure, prices are very reasonable as well. thank you , guys again for my lovely stay!
