First time I've stayed in a Penta Hotel. Excellent & helpful communication with hotel prior to my stay. Like others I found checking in at the bar very strange and I found the guy at the bar doing this very curt (it was around 11 at night so maybe he had a hard day!). Decor on ground floor very modern, moody and dark - great they had a complimentary water cooler available. Rooms are very small but for one night it was fine - again modern decor and clean. My room could have done with a bit of maintenance however - curtain loose and paint(?) stain on carpet. The strangest thing about the room was how close the hairdryer was to the sink - couldn't really help splashing it when getting washed! Surely this can't be compliant with current safety regulations (see pic). All in all had a great sleep and would use Pentahotels again based on this short 1-night stay.

Excelente servicio, especialmente desde el escritorio delantero! Limpieza! Tenía un sueño greta. Me perdí mi vuelo y el hotel era sólo porque necesito en ese momento. Recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que necesite estar cerca del aeropuerto.

So, if you have any allergies best avoid this hotel, they have no care for anyone with allergies. I am a celiac, on my first day we got there we were all informed the restaurant was on a small menu due to staff issues, so there was nothing at all for me on this small menu (I have come to expect this) what I didnt expect was to be totally ignored at breakfast. I took a sign that explained my allergies in the local dialect, I took 3 different cards to avoid any issues. I gave the sign to the receptionist who took me to the breakfast buffet and said there was nothing for me. Come the 2nd day, I did the same as the receptionist was different, he took the sign to the chef who informed him there was nothing they could make me. So at €120 a night for bed and breakfast, I couldn't have any breakfast, 3 nights I stayed and I didnt have a single item of food from the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager who obviously ignored me as she didn't want the hassle. When I got home I emailed the company who own ibis (it was a pain to find an email in the first place) they said it wasn't correct and would email the hotel to investigate the issue. After 2 days I get an email back from the manager of the hotel, the email said there was actually something I could eat bar the ham and cheese her receptionist stated. She also explained there was no cross contamination even though I was watching her staff contaminate all the food she claimed I could have. I emailed back and obviously she couldn't be bothered to reply. I tried to email the initial company who now ignored me and refuse to solve this issue. I have never experienced anything like this before, I had nothing to eat for breakfast and as we were on the spa f1 trip when we all got to the track again there was nothing for me so I ended up loosing alot of weight due to this. At €120 a night its ridiculous to think there was no breakfast for me, its even worse to think the hotel refused to dp anything about it. They have a sign above the buffet that had all the allergies on it but clearly this is just a facade as if you ask the staff they have no clue and just stand there going well you can't have any food, it's a shame. Please bare in mine this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate and there are no other restaurants or takeaways nearby so if you can't eat at the hotel you have to travel to Brussels to get something. So the hotel its self. As stated the staff are all useless and have no care whatsoever The room was small, cold, dirty and unsuitable. There was no safe, the tv didn't work, the window wouldn't close properly, the room was always cold but they provided massive duvets to counter this. One night at 4am there was some kid in the hall having a shouting match with himself, this wouldn't have been the hotel's issue, but I was the first room on the ground floor next to reception, so when this guy was shouting and waking up the whole hotel, he was 5meter away from the receptionist who didn't do any

La recepción es agradable y útil. Buena y buena habitación. Bebidas suaves gratis (agua y cola), café y té. La habitación debe limpiarse mejor. La estación de tren está cerca del hotel. 15 minutos en tren al centro de Bruselas

Very convenient location and very clean. The staff was very polite and there was a wide variety of food for beeakfast

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para ir al día siguiente al aeropuerto o para desplazarse y visitar los alrededores. Es un hotel básico que cumple su función para pasar un par de noches máximo. No lo recomendaría para una semana de vacaciones, ya que algunas cosas se pueden echar de menos en verano: una piscina donde relajarse o aire acondicionado para refrescarse. Yo fui en mi coche propio porque tenía que desplazarme a 15 minutos del hotel, pero en la puerta paran autobuses. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y el aparcamiento gratuito está cerrado con una barrera, así que da bastante seguridad dejar el coche. La comida del restaurante está buena y aunque tiene platos fijos en la carta, cada día hay un plato adicional que es distinto. El desayuno incluye un poco de todo: fiambre, fruta, pan, lácteos y bollería. Aunque el zumo daba la impresión de estar aguado.

En el hotel, el personal de la ciudad fue muy agradable, tan increíblemente útil, que se iba por encima y fuera para ayudarnos. Perfecto inglés y sólo gente realmente agradable. Dos -es quirky. Como ex cárcel algunas de las características son interesantes, aunque las calles oscuras y tatuadas no hizo nada por eso me temo. Así, la realidad de esta estancia. Incómodo. Teníamos dos camas solas empujadas juntos y eran como un castillo de regalo. La habitación es muy buena, pero no hay nada más que una habitación de café. El hotel no hace comida sino desayuno. Este hotel alberga a muchos pacientes quirúrgicos que tienen que seguir una dieta líquida. No tan fácil cuando no hay comida en el hotel y no hay caldera en la habitación. Los pacientes no siempre pueden caminar a cualquier distancia para entrar en la ciudad para comprar nada. La habitación era un sombrero que llamaba “limpieza de superficie” no era limpia a los estándares que esperaba. No it certainly was not. Para ese alojamiento esperaba pagar €95 por noche. De nuevo tengo que terminar con lo fabuloso que era el personal. En un hotel mejor nuestro viaje habría sido perfecto Personal realmente calentado una taza de sopa para mí también lo que no tenían que hacer.

It is a must when going to Cisco or Brussels because of the proximity to both and the airport. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en el, la atención en español, inglés e italiano es genial. El restaurante es muy recomendable (hamburguesa doble quedo deliciosa )

Aunque mi estancia fue muy corta, estoy como siempre muy contenta. La recepción y la salida fueron perfectas. La habitación era perfecta y la relación calidad/precio era excelente. Teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias de ”Covid”, el desayuno no supuso ningún problema, ya que había bastante oferta. Desde luego, espero que en mi próxima estancia podamos aprovechar la opción buffet ”antes Covid”. Y luego un hecho que me alegró...yo había sugerido durante una estancia anterior que el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto pasara cada 20min en lugar de 25min...pues me sorprendió ver que los fines de semana se podía aplicar. Gracias. (aunque esta vez no lo utilicé, al menos lo pregunté)

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.
