It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel. Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.

是和sofitel，novotel一個集團下的，房間比較寬敞舒適，但是沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋這在澳洲酒店裡是很正常的。交通便利和附近的各種餐廳和便利店都是這個酒店值得加分的地方

It has been 5 years since we stayed at the Sebel. The experience this time was somewhat disappointing- the room was very “tired” - lots of marks and chips and loose items and appliances- my son had to fix all of the toilet roll holders. There was a gas leak in the kitchen and no instructions on how to work the oven. The shower was awful - getting a reasonable temperature each time was a skill that was learned over the week - it was a very fine line between freezing cold and dangerously hot! Having said that, the bed was very comfortable and lots of space. The location is fantastic and the parking is easy. I think there will have to be some form of refurbishment or upgrade as the experience this time would make us think again the next time we need a Sydney base.

In general, the room was clean,big and had all the amenities we need. The only problem was that the room was really hot so we had to blast the AC for 30 min. The front desk was also really helpful and called us after we left a charger in the room. Overall, great place to stay.

The pictures online do not reflect the hotel, The staff are great from checkin to checkout including cleaners :) The hallways when getting off lifts you can straight away smell the musty smell from the old dirty carpet and the dust everywhere ( would be better ripping it all up including rooms and laying floorboards if the upkeep of the carpets cant be met. The rooms need new carpet in all they are disgusting or just do plain floorboards for easy cleaning. The showers need proper cleans because of mould and built up scum in grout. Toilets are perfect! BBQ needs cooking utensils ( even if they are chained to the BBQ) and bins. there is nowhere in the hotel to get rid of any rubbish and that was especially hard when it came to us using the BBQ one night while staying over the week. We had two rooms for a weeks stay and the rooms were serviced daily which was great! They are only getting quick wipe overs because i'm assuming it is a big hotel and not enough cleaners they seemed to be run off their feet, The were always lovely and i did feel for them having to try and do it all when they cant be doing full cleans which really needs to be done so then they can keep them up to the standards they should be kept at. We did not pick the cheapest hotel to stay for our week in Sydney and the money we did pay i honestly didn't expect the carpets in the rooms to be the way they were or the dirty showers. We would 100% stay again if the rooms were updated ( flooring ) and the showers given a proper clean. The location of the hotel is great being so close to the CBD and was great for us for the NYE fireworks going to and from. The staff are a credit to this hotel for sure and hopefully the owners read these reviews and maybe have a look into the flooring and the deep cleaning needed in the showers so its easier for their cleaners to upkeep and nicer for the visitors.

El entorno del hotel es bueno, el transporte es conveniente, el jefe es chino, el servidor habla chino, la comunicación es muy conveniente, el servicio es entusiasta, las instalaciones de la habitación son buenas, la estancia es cómoda, el precio es alto.

El hotel era perfecto para quedarme y para que me diviertan en el hospital a 5 minutos a pie. El desayuno era sencillo y un poco decepcionante, el beneficio era que estaba más cerca de la ciudad y aparcamiento gratuito. Además, es difícil conectarse a Wi-Fi y, básicamente, no se conecta a Internet.
