Отличный отель с удобным расположением в центре . бронировал как транзитный , но смогли и погулять по городу . Достаточно комфортное размещение все доброжелательны . Нареканий на персонал нет . Хороший завтрак разнообразно вкусно удобное время , даже успели перед экскурсией поесть. Спасибо

Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

El hotel es un hotel muy difícil si es un germafobe. Abrido en 2021, el hotel todavía se siente marca nuevas – habitaciones y áreas comunes son pristina, comida fresca y el personal está feliz.
Además, Dave Hotel ofrece una variedad de visitas personalizadas según su horario, preferencias y intereses.
¡Una gran gratitud a ****n que organizó un estupendo viaje de día al Lago Sevan y Garni!! Disfrutar de vistas panorámicas de la maravillosa Armenia mientras monta un esquí de avión en el Lago Sevan fue una de las mejores experiencias de viaje de mi vida! También hice una excursión por la noche en Yerevan. Fue martes, pero la ciudad se sentía como el viernes –muy vibrante. La Plaza de la República es un arte, pero el observatorio es mi favorito personal.
Aunque he conseguido (con la ayuda de ****n) ver mucho durante mi viaje a Yerevan 30-hour, Armenia tiene mucho más que ofrecer. No puedo esperar a volver!

It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.

La habitación es grande, llena de calor, tiene una sensación de regreso a casa y deja que la gente se olvide de regresar. El hotel tiene una atmósfera fuerte, una calidad decente, un estilo de arquitectura urbana y un bajo tono, antigua y cálida. La situación interior es difícil de expresar.

Отель выбрал случайно, нужно было поселится в этом районе, а времени на тщательное изучение не было. По итогу, лучше, чем можно было надеятся. Номер не маленький, месторасположение удачное, рядом пара хороших едален и круглосуточный exchange. Из минусов: неудобные, довольно узкие кровати и отсутствие элементарного чайника. Последнее объясняется, видимо, активным зазыванием на завтрак и обед во время заселения. Хороший середнячок, подходил для длительного проживания, особенно если спина не будет болеть от жёстких кушеток.

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

VViacheslavСам отель отличный. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда помогал. Внутри все очень красиво оформлено. Отличные номера, все новое. Матрасы понравились ( писали в отзывах, что жёсткие). На четвертом этаже есть терраса, с которой видно Арарат. Самый главный минус, это расположение. Отель немного удален от центра. Хотя добраться в центр можно на такси. Ехать 5-10минут стоит 200рублей. Также есть станция метро неподалеку. Через дорогу есть хороший магазин. Приличных кафе или ресторанов рядом не найдете, только ехать в центр. Либо питаться в самом отеле. Прогуляться тоже негде. Но такие отели в центре стоят минимум в два раза дороже.

Situado en los pisos 7-10 del edificio. Habitaciones para cualquier sabor desde albergue a apartamentos. Muy limpio en todas partes. Buen desayuno completo incluye huevos y omeletas. Un área de carpeta conveniente y zona de comedor donde se puede descansar y/o trabajar. Nos quedamos en apartamentos en el piso 10, grande espacioso. La habitación tenía abrigos y pantalones, que es muy agradable, cocina completa, gran salón y dormitorio. Estas son 4 personas. Existen un supermercado justo fuera del rincón del hotel y incluso un supermercado 24-hour 250 metros. Aproximadamente muchos restaurantes, cafés, tractores, etc.

Такси предлагают вызвать, воду в дорогу дают, если вы идете в соседний ресторан, а на улице дождик, то и зонтик дадут на вечер. На завтраке есть все что надо. Единственный момент, матрас не двухспальный, а два односпальных, они разъезжаются, но так во всех отелях последнее время, так что все равно

MMinaThis was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.
