We phoned the night before to ensure we had an upstairs room, which we prefer, as we sleep with windows open,and curtains too (cannot do that in a ground floor room) We have stayed at this hotel many times,always clean everywhere,lift to all floors.Really good water pressure for toilet and shower, even on top floor.Plenty of hanging space and shelves.Excellent shower gel and hand wash(not the usual cheap stuff) Fan /hairdryer in room,plenty of sockets,extra pillows if needed.We park right around the back of the hotel where there is another entrance,so not much additional walking to reception.We have never had a problem with noise despite being at the front and in view of the pub.

The stay was very good , the bedroom was lovely and spacious , very clean and the food was excellent , we only stayed the 1 night at this time , but would definately recommend . All the staff where very pleasant . We had the option of a meal deal which was well worth the money .

We had a lovely family stay at Permier Inn Wolverhampton North!! No complaints at all! Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out very easy. The room was clean and the Bed was very comfy. Hotel is quiet from traffic noise and WiFi was easy to access with good coverage.

Generally clean hotel, close to facilities. Good access to both the M6 and M54. Staff Fiendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very soft and comfortable, which is rare for hotels. Beefeater next door, clean and comfy for breakfast and evening meal. Premier Inn breakfast disappointing for someone who has a gluten and soya intolerance. Premier Inn needs to upgrade their allergy free choices. All in all, would recommend this hotel if someone is visiting the area.

Stayed for Daughters interview following day. Hotel staff were lovely, comfortable clean rooms. Beefeater next door was a whole other story. Arrived early evening, greeted initially warmly by Manager who asked if we had a booking which we didn't. Not a problem he replied but as he turned away he started to say something regarding discounts and vouchers. Having not fully hearing him I replied, 'I have a Blue light card' followed with 'sorry I didn't hear you properly'. To which he replied 'that's not what I asked, pardon would be a better word!' In complete shock and without hesitation he led us to our table explaining the menus. My Daughter was insistent we go somewhere else to it but it was quite late and we had travelled a few hours so we ate there. The waitress the following morning was lovely but I will never return there for such rude service, clearly the Manager has no customer service skills.
