Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. primary suite. Marvelous marble bathrooms with heated floors & Bluetooth exhaust fan/speaker. Full laundry room. Third floor includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and trundle bed. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Queen air mattress available upon request. (7) security cameras outside of residence, motion sensor floodlights, along with smart video doorbells.
The house is a short walk from the Cincinnati Zoo, UC, hospitals, and The Gaslight District. Just a short drive or Uber to OTR, Oakley, and downtown. Guests also enjoy the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Ample free on street parking.
