We arrived at this hotel on 2/14/2025 for a stay of two days. Our first day of arrival as we were preparing for bed, when I sprayed the bed with spray after a couple of minutes we found some little bugs on our sheets.. We magnified the image and were grossed out of the findings. We reached out to the wonderful employee at the front desk and we were moved immediately to another room. It was not the King room that we originally booked, but at 9:30pm at night anything was doable. As we moved rooms and turned on the television to room 311 it looked as though the picture tube is going out in the television. We called back down to the front desk and she informed us that we had to wait a few minutes and the television will eventually come clear. This is yet another inconvenience. The following morning we went and spoke to the GM of the hotel and he informed my husband and I that he would look into the issue and we never heard back from him. I emailed him as well twice and no reply back. This is NOT how you run a NEW hotel. We travel a lot, but have NEVER had this experience!
