XO Cape Arnna Fethiye Adults Only

We had such a nice stay at XO Cape Arnna. When we checked in, they upgraded our room for free without us even asking, which was a great surprise. The staff are all really polite and friendly, and the service overall was excellent. Food was very tasty, activities were fun, and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Ozan Kaya, the Front Office Manager, for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

I visited XO cape arnna with my family for 10 days. It was the best hotel I have ever been to. No matter what bar I went to the service and effort was stellar. This was particularly the case at: - the greek restaurant where the service was second to none - the adult pool bar (particularly the waiter/server Diyar who always made an effort to get to know me and my family and always worked with a smile on his face) - the teppanyaki chef ‘Vicky/Ricky’ from Indonesia who made it an experience not just a meal Despite these being the most outstanding, everywhere I went was amazing. We are currently on day 3 of a 7 day holiday at this hotel and so far it’s been good, although not excellent. The good: High quality accommodation, beautiful grounds, lovely pools and the benefits of a new hotels polished feel. The staff are really very helpful and have been courteous whenever we’ve needed for anything, whilst the apps direct chat allows their team to deal with immediate requests, fairly immediately! They have such a vast amount of baby paraphernalia from audio monitors, baby bath, changing tables, sterilisers and bottle warmers. This has been hugely helpful for us, on our first holiday with our 4 month old. The Bad: Food. I must admit, we take our food seriously and unfortunately offerings at the Mad Med Buffet is poorly executed. Food has been Cold or Luke warm, a lack of authentic Turkish kebabs - no charcoal cooking, but rather a gas burner. Overcooked Meat sits out getting tougher as it gets colder. With a baby, it’s challenging to go and get food whilst keeping him from crying. Surely XO can understand that we would need table service- this would allow exhausted parents the opportunity to look after the child and have hot food to the table. The frustrating thing is that they have multiple restaurants advertised as a la carte available as part of the all inclusive. When we arrived we were told there and then the Ala cartes were all fully booked but for the last 3 days of our trip and so we have 3 reservations towards the end our trip. This means we have been left spending the time leading up to the Ala carters eating at the above Buffet. More frustrating is when at 8.15pm these same fully booked a la carte restaurants were seen to have at least 20 tables Empty (tiny bites- photo attached) When speaking to reception, we were met with sorry it’s fully booked when clearly there was space. Here’s a suggestion: If people no show their booking by 15/20 minutes - give the table to other people- especially parents juggling a crying baby! It’s a shame that you pay such a premium to come here and end up effectively eating dinner mostly at a sub standard buffet. Last year, We stayed at Club Marvy, where the the food was simply 10/10. This place could have been great but the food so far has been terrible

We are only half way through our stay and it’s been incredible for night one. The staff are extreamly attentive, helpful and super polite. This hotel is huge and full of energy. Extremely professional in every sense of the word. Coming to this spectacular hotel should not cause a doubt. This is our first time in turkey and I can totally see why so many return. We had been upgraded to a family suite which happen to have a hot tub on the balcony which was a nice surprise. As an all inclusive, the food was great. The choice is endless. You had appreciate the atmosphere in all area’s. Plenty of activities all round. One to experience is the “the stage shows” in the evening. Over all, we feel this place offers everything you would hope for at a top notch resort. XO you have been nothing short of excellent in all manner of the word. We will be returning!

We stayed for 9 nights at XO and just got back. On the whole the hotel is a lovely place to spend a family summer holiday. Food and drink was generally good. Buffet got a little boring as didnt have much of change up each night but then it is a buffet and just serve a purpose especially at dinner. We tried a few of the hotel restaurants too. The steak and Teppanyaki restaurant were our favs. The Teppanyaki has a great chefs table experience you should try. Pools, beech and day time facilities were always spotless clean. Plenty of towels to use. You do however have the usual sun bed rush in the morning. This doesn’t really go away anywhere in the summer though does it. The beech cabana hire for a day is a nice treat and the service here was excellent. Couple of things which could have been improved. Our check in was quick but weirdly too quick. We wasn’t introduced to guest relations and before we knew realised we were in our room not knowing anything about the hotel. Rooms were brilliant although the downside for us was we had a pretty boring view, considering the premium we paid for a large family room, we expected some kind of a view. House keeping and mini bar service needs to be improved. The small issues we had all revolved around mini bar not being stocked and a cleaning problem. One big improvement we feel the hotel could implement is making the menu experience better at the restaurants. Whilst I understand this is probably down to sustainability it’s not good all sitting down and immediately having to look through a very low tech, hard to read menu guide. It’s also extremely unsociable too .. if it has to stay this way then an Upgrade of the menu facility should be implemented asap. Being honest just get some nice old fashioned menus for the tables. It s a much nicer experience. On the whole this was a lovely hotel and yes I would consider staying here again. Thankyou.
