For shared use: indoor pool (24 m2, depth 170 cm). Children's playground. In the house: reception, lounge, sauna (extra). Table tennis, billiard table, telephone box, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and beverage service (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 190 cm. Shop 2 km, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Disentis" 2 km. Cable car, mountain railway 300 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 300 m. Please note: reception open 16:00-17:30 hrs. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. A children's ski school is located near the house.
