La ubicación del hotel es accesible y conveniente. Hay una tienda de conveniencia al lado. Agua de frutas fría y té gratis todos los días en el vestíbulo. El personal del mostrador es muy amable y nos permitió registrarnos temprano. La habitación es espaciosa y el aire acondicionado en la habitación es fantástico. Sin embargo, no hay muchas vistas desde la habitación del hotel. El pasillo fuera de la habitación del hotel es cálido y no tiene aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, todo es fantástico. The hotel is great I would go back there to stay one week. The service at the hotel is very good. In the room, the beds are comfortable and bathroom is good. I suggest the others to stay at the good hotel :)

The Atour hotel room I booked is slightly smaller than the previous Atour hotel I stayed in. The customer service is smooth and excellent. Easy check in, easy check out. Staff is willing to help 24/7 when needed. I love how the hotel is also located close to the Hongyadong building. So close you can walk to it. But because it's near Hongyadong, a very famous spot in Chongqing, get ready to face heavy heavy car & pedestrian traffic during peak hours. So far Atour has probably been one of the best hotel chains I've stayed in. Highly recommended for tourists.

Everything was great. Easy to check-in. if I had any questions, I could message the hotel reception on wechat. The bathroom was spacious and the hot water/cold water worked well. There was a kettle and some glasses. There's a place for you to hang your clothes, wardrobe, and storage for your luggage. There's a sofa, coffee tables, stool and a working desktop if I needed to do some work. The TV was huge, but mostly Chinese TV. Also, the bed was huge - queen size bed. As a solo traveler I slept really well. There's also AC/heater in the room (fan.) I slept well. I ws lucky because my rooms were not surrounded by many people. So I didn't get woken up once. Would recommend. Only thing missing was a fridge, but the hotel provides free bottles of water everyday

Overall the hotel room is clean and the location is convenience and near to attraction point like解放碑步行街，十八梯。
Suprisingly the hotel will help to put your laundry to wash whn your are not free. Just need to indicate room number on the laundry plastic bag provided.
Supper is free and provide a diff flavour with porridge while majority of chongqing food is spicy.

There was no place specific pick up spot for a hire car. It is not xlconvenient. Hotel building was kind of old now. All other things were great. Thanks.
