We are foreign travellers from Australia so we have a very limited understanding of Chinese.
When we got to the hotel after being lost for 2 hours, walking around in our luggage, it was 10pm. Because we do not have a Chinese number, we could not sign up to any food delivery apps.
When we asked reception, the kind gentleman helped us order some food. This was a major help as we had not had dinner after coming from Chengdu. He spoke to us with English and definitely helped us have a much better night.
Amazing rooms too, would have paid much more for the quality and spaciousness of the place
