"The property is nice and clean, although quite uncomfortable. To get to the rooms, there are a lot of boxes, which are definitely inconvenient with suitcases and some parts outside, so it's really cold at times. Many rooms don't have a bidet, and yet we're in Italy 🙄 In the bathroom, there are no towels for the shower, only small ones. The classic duvets are short and narrow, and since I'm slightly taller than average (171 cm), I had a hard time sleeping. Either my feet or my entire shoulders were exposed. Extremely uncomfortable. There's no phone to contact reception, and as I said, leaving the room to get there is a journey 😬 There's not always someone at reception; you have to go look in the restaurant or somewhere else. Breakfast is average, nothing special. In short, I was really hoping for something better."

"We had a particularly delightful stay in this beautiful hotel. Fantastic location a few steps away from the pretty village of Chiusa, a town within easy reach of all the treasures of the Dolomites. The breakfast each morning (included in the tariff) was superb. The view from our balcony of the gorgeous valley and mountains was exceptional. And finally, the staff were attentive and friendly. The only drawback is the lack of air-conditioning, which is very common for the region. However, to compensate the delightful pool made for a refreshing cool down after a day of walking and sightseeing."

"I highly recommend this hotel; it was the biggest surprise of our trip. Chusa isn't a very popular town in the Dolomites, but the hotel is close to the train station, about a 10-15 minute walk. There are also bus stops near the train station with direct routes to places like the Ortisse ski resort and the Funes Valley. The hotel is located in what seems to be a very famous restaurant in Chusa; the rooms are upstairs, making dining very convenient. The food is good, the rooms are spacious and have kitchens, and our family of three had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"Para nosotros siempre una ubicación agradable al principio o al final de unas vacaciones de verano. Un momento de descanso. Buenas habitaciones, espaciosas y modernas decoradas. Limpia y con mucha luz del exterior. Fantástico hermoso ducha. Estas son las habitaciones en la planta superior con vistas directas desde el balcón de la piscina. Excelente desayuno buffet. Estacionamiento automóvil seguro frente a la puerta. Piscina deliciosa refrescante y se puede traer buenos trabajos. Con una hermosa vista al monasterio arriba de la montaña. Desafortunadamente las monjas se han ido hace un tiempo, pero puedes visitar este lugar caminando. Para los verdaderos huéspedes culinarios entre nosotros, reservar sobre todo una habitación previa con una cena de la noche. ¡Eso es genial! ¡No te arrepentirás de eso, y también lo es el arranque del vino, y con un poco de suerte en el bello tiempo, estás a la disfrute de la vista del hermoso jardín de mantenimiento. ¡Volveremos!"
