I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Pratap Palace in Chittorgarh. Unfortunately, the quality of room number 203 and the overall service fell far below expectations.
The room was in poor condition—there was no tea kettle provided, the electrical board was broken, and even the dustbin was damaged. To make matters worse, the room service was very unsatisfactory. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel management and requesting a room change, no action was taken. We felt helpless and had no choice but to stay in that condition for the night.
This experience was truly frustrating and not what one expects from a hotel stay. I hope necessary improvements are made so that future guests do not have to face similar issues.
