The hotel Zabaikalie was built according to an individual project of St. Petersburg architects, put into operation on 09/04/1965 and eventually became one of the significant symbols of the city of Chita.
The reconstruction of the hotel was carried out in 2003 and 2006-2009, which did not affect its appearance. The internal renovation of the building has significantly increased the comfort of the stay for guests.
The hotel has 6 floors, on which there are 110 comfortable rooms for 140 residents, there is an elevator. The hotel offers rooms for any budget from the "Apartment" category to a single room of the "Standard" category. Each of the rooms has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bed, a table, chairs, a tea set, a set of cutlery, a modern TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a wardrobe, a bathroom and other necessary items. Other services of the Zabaikalie Hotel include 24-hour room service, laundry service, porter service, taxi order, flower order, guarded parking lot, transfer and others. Many hotel rooms offer beautiful views of the central square named after Lenin.
In the hotel building there are: the restaurant "Transbaikalia", which offers the guests a variety of cuisines, the ultra-modern cafe "Café 21", "SPA-center" Aquatoria", with an area of 800 square meters, which has: 2 pools, a phytobarrel, a phytacapsule, jacuzzi, Turkish hammam, salt and herbal baths, Finnish sauna.

Общее впечатление очень хорошее. Приятные девушки на ресепшен, комната со свежим ремонтом и очень удобная кровать. Однако были проблемы с горячей водой, что не очень приятно. Ну и еще окна выходили на проезжую часть, но ночью было тихо. Спасибо

Самый ужасный персонал когда либо встречающийся мне на ресепшн. Хамство это визитная карточка работников ресепшн этой гостиницы и видимо это поощряется руководством гостиницы. Выясняют отношения между собой и происходит это в присутствии гостей и руководства гостиницы. Агрессия плавно переходит на гостей. Грязь, шум и хамство визитная карточка этой гостишки.

Не рекомендую, от слова совсем. 27 декабря 2022 года мы семьёй гуляли на площади, и когда уже подходили к машине, младшая дочь(2 года) захотела в туалет. Мы с радостью забежали в гостиницу Забайкалье и я попросила разрешения, можно ли мне 2-летнего ребёнка сводить в туалет. На мою просьбу мне ответили: "У нас нет туалета". Как можно отказать 2 летнему ребёнку? Как может не быть туалета в ГОСТИНИЦЕ? Полное разочарование. Спасибо кафе Аян, что разрешили и с радостью проводили нас! Гостинице "Забайкалье" рекомендую пересмотреть свой сервис и задуматься над сложившейся ситуацией! На мой взгляд-это недопустимо и абсурдно! Спасибо за ваш ответ! Начнём с человеческого отношения, а закончим документами. Наверное, вы сложно представляете, но шанс перейти дорогу, добежать до туалета с 2- летним ребенком-очень сложно, с ребёнком постарше нет вопросов. Во-вторых, ваш сотрудник ответил мне, что ни общественного, ни служебного туалета нет (наверное ваши сотрудники тоже бегают на площадь Ленина). И наконец, согласно новым требованиям 2*гостиницы у вас должен быть общественный туалет и служебный, вопрос, каким образом вы получили статус 2*? Совсем забыла уточнить, согласно информации на сайте у вас 110 номеров, эти требования не распространяются, если меньше 15 номеров. Требования отправляю ниже. Требования к гостиницам категории "две звезды" (Обновленные требования с 1 сентября 2022 года) IV. Санитарные объекты общего пользования 23. Туалет: (требование не является обязательным для гостиниц с количеством номеров 15 и менее (при условии обеспечения доступа гостям в служебный туалет)) 38. Служебные помещения для персонала: столовая или помещение для приема пищи, санузлы, раздевалки, помещения для отдыха, подсобные помещения (не обязательно для гостиниц с количеством номеров 15 и менее)
