The Barn is detached & fully self-contained on the outskirts of the farm buildings and the Grade II listed Cotswold Farmhouse. With beautiful panoramic views of the countryside with grazing horses and Duke the resident lama (who is becoming quite famous & loves an apple and a Selfie)! This lovingly restored and modernised Barn comes complete with two private patio areas that catch the morning and evening sun. The Kitchen is South Facing and has floor to Ceiling Patio Doors that open onto a sunny terrace. With an outdoor setting which seats 6 people. While you will catch the morning sun on the terrace leading directly out from the Bedrooms. Which has a lovley view of pasture, horses, hills and a garden pond. If your lucky you might spot our resident Little Owls who reside in the trees nearby. It is ideal for a break in the Wiltshire countryside throughout the seasons. The large open plan Kitchen Dining Room affords lovely views over the farm and offers all you require for a self -catering break including an electric induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, cookware and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The dining area has a table and chairs for six. Floor to ceiling glass windows afford stunning panoramic views of the countryside and open out directly from the kitchen onto the terrace. A lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas and a TV providing a cosy area to settle down for the evening to enjoy a movie or two via Netflix or Amazon Prime.
