"We found this corner of the paradise by coincidence. We were buried with a pool built in a clean sea near the green farm, and a restored housing house, with a restored housing house. The hospitality and their help in all matters have been effective in our decision to stay for a long time. The relics with their own products still decorate our phase, sheltered in Maria's hands. "We prefer to come to this hotel by recommendation. The hotel' s location is very easy to reach from center ( max 15 min. by car), also its very close to the Karfaz beach ( 3 min. walking) -The rooms are very spacious and convenient. -They clean the rooms and change the towels on daily basis, which is a plus. -The breakfast is really satisfying, pastrys and cold cuts available every day. - The team of the hotel is very helpful and smiling. The owner, Mr Panagiotis and his family made us feel totally welcome from the get go! The apartment was cosy, clean and airy with a distinct homey feeling! We will definitely come back first chance we get to explore parts of the island that time did not allow for this time! Definitely recommended, especially for families!!!"

"Nos hemos llegado por primera vez a Chios. Como hotel, hemos elegido el Chios de Katarrakis. Por casualidad, creo que hemos elegido el mejor pueblo. En el pueblo de 450 personas, el cordono de playa está abierto al público. Hay grandes tabernáculos sin música. A unos paseos al hotel ... Nuestro hotel es una antigua pero cuidadosa estructura. Las habitaciones son amplias, están muy limpias, hemos elegido una habitación con vistas al mar. Estamos muy contentos. Olviden el concepto de 5 estrellas turcos cuando vienen. La piscina está junto al aire libre. Buffets libres ricos, 4 estrellas. La empresa ha estado trabajando por el bombero Valadis y su familia, que se retiró durante dos años. Su esposa también es un antiguo empleado del hotel. Ellos conocen el trabajo. Y ... Este par es realmente muy buena gente. Todos nos han dado todas las oportunidades. Gracias. Muy contentos y nos hemos extendido la estancia. Estamos felices en este entorno, porque estamos con gente buena."

"It is a family business that we, as Greek fans with over 30 years of experience, welcome absolutely. However, we believe this accommodation is not the good of the guest but that revenues are generated. We felt unwell when we eat there, because we had the impression that we were constantly observed by the family. Also, there was no solution for us when we had no hand towels. The neighbouring store had the days we were closed there and we had no car ... However, we saw the owner running around with a (printed) Ilioxenia bathroom. The cleaning staff made their job very well. The night dinner tasted well for us and was mostly served by the son. He is very talking and friendly. Breakfast was felt as relatively simple. We lacked fresh fruit (there were only watermelons). Since you are in a valley, you are quite swept without public transport or car/motorcycle. You should be aware of that. The beach was clean with gross stones and there were some lifting chair providers there."
