Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located and self contained studio. Bran new space, loft style, full kitchen, washer\dryer, private patio and outdoor area. Queen size bed and Sofa bed top accommodate up to 4 peoples. Owners live on site with 2 hypoallergenic small dogs. Dogs have NO access to any of the guest area. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutique, District 1881, groceries, book store, hospital. Smoke free property. Lavender Lane Studio is not scent free. Very nice neighborhood with easy walking to district 1881 and the ice rink. Beautiful place and well maintained. The only drawback was a quad revving its engine and racing up and down the alley one morning well we were relaxing. Marie the owner was very helpful and runs a great rental

Perfect as Always
This was our second time staying and we will always come back to stay here. Not only is the suite stunning, spotless, super cozy, and full of all the right amenities, but Marie is always so friendly and courteous.
