Early April 2022 - no water on at least 3 nights, most recently last night (Tuesday). So far attempted repairs have included baling wire and 2x4s, and poorly applied hose clamps. Owner (who is not local) choosing to not have the break correctly repaired until the coming weekend. Elevator out of service more than it's working. Carpet missing all over the hotel. Difficult to get room amenities restocked, and hotel won't clean rooms until after checkout unless begged to do so by guests. Fire alarm went off multiple times when there wasn't a fire several nights ago. Of course, moot point since there's also no working fire sprinkler system when there's no working water. My company has had a crew staying here since February, and while the lack of water only started in the past 7 days, other issues with cleanliness and challenges in getting coffee, towels, rooms serviced, etc. have been persistent. On checking in last Sunday my room had unemptied trash, and the bathroom counter was not entirely clean. Hotels have been training guests to settle for lower standards since the pandemic, but this one is truly taking advantage of the situation.
