Location is good- serene. The staff was polite and made available everything on request. The food serving staff went extra mile to offer and quickly prepare customized sandwiches when i couldn't eat anything from breakfast buffet. Thank you.

Location is good, the room was Big, good was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Over all it was nice and I would stay there again, but they need to do a better job on some things like: 1. Clean the hall ways daily, there were so many dead bees, they were never swept during my the day stay, I used my foot to move then to the side. 2. Water pressure in the shower starts way to powerfully to the point that water goes all over the bathroom, then it slows down too much. 3. Need to provide more toilet paper 4. Seal their patio doors so that bugs don't come in as much. 5. Provide more fruit for breakfast, as it's almost non existent 6. Provide juice with the breakfast. Overall I like the breakfast as they will custom make you anything with there ingredients they have on hand.

The AC was not working. In spite of complaining twice, not a single person attended the issue. We asked for mineral water bottle and a pillow in our room, no one came to give it in the room. The rooms are good but rhe lights in the room are not adequate. Washrooms should be cleaned well. Food taste is a average.

The stay was very good with nest and well maintained rooms , tasty food and helpful staff. The location was perfect with a perfect view of the hills.

Property was big but food nly lil problem otherwise all good about the room hospitality not there room very big

Rooms are very small. The behaviour of the person managing the hotel in the morning is not good. Not much variety in the breakfast.
