The hotel is 9 years old, the maintenance is quite poor . On top of that there was renovation going on at level 1. Hence the rooms we were staying was dusty and smelly

The place is very dirty & stained.Pillows were stained & had no cover. Bath room had rusted shower head & door lock was broken and could not be closed. Sofa upholstery was stained & dirty. Carpet in lobby and public places looked never cleaned.Floor door latch could not closed from inside at night. Bed sheet did not look freshly changed.

Dirty and horribly soiled bedsheets, bathroom sewage blocked, bad smelling rooms and corridors, bad mannered staff. I booked two rooms, and both the rooms were smelling so horrible. There are not enough house keeping staff. 1 guy for 20 rooms. No parking space.

Good infra but very bad upkeep. Lot of cockroaches and bedbugs in the alternate room given after complain. Kids couldn't sleep in fear. Worst thing some of the cockroaches sneaked into my new car also through bags. Rest other things were good.

The most HORRIFIC and PATHETIC stay ever. The rooms were dirty and filled with bad smells. Rest rooms were filthy and full of fungus growth. The bathroom sewage was blocked and horribly smelling. There was only one guy for 20 rooms for house keeping.
The watch *** cheats you saying that he will wash the car for Rs. 300. But, he just threw half a bucket of dirty water and claimed to have washed it.

This was my second stay at this hotel since about 4~5 years ago. Conditions have changed largely. The hotel has not aged well & maintenance seems to be largely lacking. The hotel needs some investment from management to improve the maintenance. That said, still it is a reasonable hotel considering it is right outside bus stand, railway station, parking facilities, two restaurants & not far from the temple. The facilities still exist but not well maintained. The staff are friendly and supportive to your needs. This still makes the hotel a decent stay. Complimentary breakfast was limited options but good. Encourage the management to take some more initiatives.

Nothing is good about the hospital. Makemytrip collects convenience charges from the customers and putting them in to unexplainable inconvenience & hardship by sponsoring to such un - stay-able hotels. Uncourteous managers/staff, cold response are their hallmark. Sad that you are partnering with them.

Worst behaviour as they canceled the booking. Found it too difficult to find an alternative stay after the cancellation was done by hotel. 3
