Fine for a night, simple room, clean, in the middle of Chichester. Only downside, WiFi only free for 30min. Then you need to pay. In order to do so, you need to call a number which is difficult if you don’t have a European SIM card. It is 3pounds for 24h.

El hotel está muy cerca de la catedral y de las principales calles comerciales. Está limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en esta preciosa ciudad. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerza en ayudarte. En recepción, Julie y otro señor han sido muy amables.

Perfect location, was greeted by Julie at reception. Very friendly and helpful. 5 star service, beds were clean and very comfy. Snack machine in reception and a kettle for a cuppa in the morning. Would stay again, great staying next to the cathedral

I have stayed here a few times now but always hassle free and excellent service. I was checked in by Gina, who was friendly and a joy to interact with. The hotel itself is situated as centrally as possible in the city of Chichester so handily placed to get to all the local hotspots. A 30 second walk from public transport and the beautiful cathedral.

Gina, Kia and Julie and all of the team are really helpful. The hotel is clean and brilliantly located but what elevates the experience is the pleasant, helpful attitude of the staff. They are friendly, helpful and full of good suggestions for things to do in Chichester.

Very centrally located right around the corner from the Cathedral. Free parking on site for disabled and free underground parking under Hotel. Usual Travel Lodge- room basic but everything you need and clean- staff very polite and helpful- you wouldnt find a better location for visiting Chichester- loads of shops just down the road.

The hotel was as expected for a city centre location, Julie on reception was excellent and our overnight stay was very quiet. The underground car park is less than ideal, even though we had no issues, the rubbish & smell could be enough to put us off using it again.

The room was in such a dire state, dirty stained sheets, metal poking through mattress. Ceiling covered in black mould. Unhelpful receptionist who didn't care or apologise and refused a new room as we would likely find the same in all rooms and wouldnt allow us to check a new room before lugging all the luggage to the new one. Also refused refund! No manager or housekeeping on site to rectify it. No contact details given. Told best of leaving as I'd find all the rooms is this state. Poor customer service and treatment to not refund or apologise and to expect customers to stay in a black mould infested and dirty room.
