The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Unit 401. We’re there for almost a week. Management was very responsive, they answered my questions within an hour. The unit has modern decor but kept the antique medallions and fireplace which made it more unique and interesting. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We mostly ate out or ordered takeout during our stay so we didn’t do any cooking. However, we did use the drawer microwave to heat up leftovers and dishwasher to clean dirty dishes. Based on the amenities provided in our unit, I can tell management has put a lot of thought to make their guests feel at home. We’d just stayed at a “nice” Airbnb in WI before going to Chicago. The Airbnb host there provided minimal amenities in comparison to what were being provided at this hotel. There was no need for us to shop for basic items in Chicago like we did in WI. We found dish washing and dishwasher detergent under the kitchen sink. There’s clothes detergent above the clothes washer and dryer. The hotel also provided a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap in the bathroom. There’re extra toilet paper besides Kleenex, and paper towels. The clothes steamer was quite useful. I’m sure I didn’t list all the amenities provided by this hotel here. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. It isn’t an issue unless someone has mobility issue. We plan to stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Chicago.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing! Every meal exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Alexis, who went above and beyond by offering personal recommendations for places to visit during my time in Chicago. It made my trip even more memorable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. I would love to return on my next visit! Highly recommended!!

The location was really great! So many shops, restaurants, bars in walking distance. The mattress was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice little goodies all around the Coach house. The host was so nice and they have provided all the info you need to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and well designed rooms -- equipped with everything our family needed. The NHLP is in a great location if you are visiting friends in Lincoln Park. The guide book provided by the hotel was super helpful and the staff was quick to respond to texts. Definitely going back.

This was our second stay at the neighborhood hotel in Lincoln park. It was excellent. Perfect location and the unit was spacious and comfortable. Close to everything. Feels like you are living in the city. We love staying there and will be back.
