This is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles!
It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

Cómodo y fresco, me siento renovado después de quedarme. El servicio del personal de la tienda es bueno. También está muy cerca del mercado nocturno. Se puede llegar en unos pocos pasos. Normalmente hago yoga. La distancia al mercado nocturno es No hay problema. Sin embargo, para el tren la estación todavía está un poco lejos, lo cual es una lástima. Sería mejor si estuviera más cerca de la estación de tren. Espero que el desayuno sea más asequible.

Orient Luxury Hotel in Chiayi offers extremely nice and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. The breakfast buffet was good but very busy, primarily catering to local guests, which can feel a bit overwhelming during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks

La ubicación es muy conveniente! Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren, tiendas famosas, y mercados nocturnos! Está a una distancia de paseo! El hotel ofrece bicicletas gratis! También, si llegas temprano, puedes almacenar tu equipaje! El hotel también ofrece un piano! Desayuno gratuito! Aunque el hotel se ve viejo en el interior, la habitación es muy espaciosa! It's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage.
The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance.
Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

Los mosaicos del baño son hermosos y las alfombras de la habitación están limpias. En el vestíbulo se sirven café, bebidas y galletas. Un pequeño inconveniente es que el efecto de aislamiento acústico es mediocre.

Fantástico
VVicky住宿地點離文化夜市非常近，免找停車位的時間，非常棒，但房間內冰箱不冷，導致放置的飲料都不冰，沒有保冰（冷凍）效果，隔音不是很好，容易聽到走廊的講話聲，希望可以改善，窗簾遮光效果不佳，容易被陽光亮醒，體驗上都OK，有機會會再造訪！

UUsuario invitadoThe room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

RRod SoThe location is very new Chiayi Railway Station though we were not able to use the station since we use HSR. Front desk staff made a mistake during check in by mixing up the amount so he called me up to inform me that I need to pay for the short amount he billed me. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I settled the matter with him. It shows how they work Breakfast was okay but not spectacular. .

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

JJOLLY NGUDefinitely a hotel that I will book again. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and opposite there is a cinema and McD. Thumbs up to the breakfast also, varieties to choose and I have chosen Hong Kong Style. The portions are big and the food is delicious.

胡胡羅建文Viajar solo, es la segunda vez que vine a casar y mirar. ¿Por qué? En realidad, vine a la cama de desayuno en el hotel. Compré habitaciones dobles, acompañé el desayuno de dos invitados. No es como otros hoteles. Yo viajo solo, y cambié el número de desayunos en una persona (pago todos los dineros de los dobles y acompañé 2 puntos de comida de invitados, Como siempre, me he vuelto insensible, porque no puedo dormir, me voy a comer a las 7:00, comer un poco y subir a la escalera y subir a las 9:30, no se rechaza, y por qué viene a la comida del hotel? Primero, no es una comida de gran calidad, sino unas tías que cuidan de la cara y de la zona actual de la caja de huevos, son muy amables y entusiastas, y te darán calor todo el día, ¡En serio! Por este calor, dices que la próxima vez que vaya a la ciudad, volveré a verlo? Yo digo que sí.

El personal nos permitió almacenar nuestras maletas antes y después de la entrada, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más fácil. También se fueron de su manera para preparar galletas extra cuando les pedimos, y estaban listos cuando volvimos de cena.
El desayuno bufé ofrece una variedad de opciones occidentales y *********. Aunque la comida era decente, estaba llena suficiente para comenzar nuestro día. El hotel también está en un paseo a la noche al mercado, lo que hace que sea fácil explorar comidas y tiendas locales.
Mi familia y yo nos quedamos aquí tanto antes como después de nuestro viaje a la Montaña Ali, y incluso nos extendimos a causa de un tiburón. El personal de la habitación ha sido muy interesado en el hotel, pero no ha sido muy interesado en el hotel. ¡Yo recomendaría este hotel por su comodidad, servicio caliente y alojamiento cómodo!

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
