Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Chiavari

I just returned from Italy where I was staying at the Hotel Stella del Mare. My brother, sister in-law, niece, nephew and adult son all stayed in the same room. There were 4 adults and 2 children and although it was a little cramped it wasn't bad. I'm not the type to spend much time in the hotel room while on vacation anyway. It was clean, had a full kitchen and a nice balcony. So, if you are the type that likes to cook breakfast and have it out on the balcony you could do so. There is a small local super market in the area along with a bunch of nice restaurants. The hotel has a decent continental breakfast for a decent price each morning. I like to get up and get out of the room fairly early in the morning so I just had the continental breakfast every morning. The pool was nice and they have regular family friendly events at the hotel and around the area. So, it is very kid friendly. Although, the hotel and area are all beautiful and worth high marks on their own, the true value of this hotel is the staff. My son and I took a train to Rome for a couple days during our stay. I had arranged for a drop off and pick up at the train station (NOT through the Hotel). The ride got us to the train station just fine but when we came back they never showed to pick us up. It was about 8pm local time. I called the hotel and explained the situation and even though there aren't any local taxi services she made a bunch of calls and found someone to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. It was completely my mistake for not just making all transportation arrangements through the hotel in the first place but this staff person ( I wish I could give you her name) never complained she just set to task and solved my issue for me. The next time I will just make the travel arrangements through the hotel in the first place.

Hostel increíble! He estado varias veces en el Hotel del Orto y siempre se ha confirmado el mejor. Personal muy amable, limpieza excelente, habitaciones decoradas con estilo, el desayuno se realiza en el bar de pastelería situado dentro de la estructura, y que dice: ¡Impecable! Consejo a todos para probar la Delicia, una maravillosa. Los productos son todos hechos por la propia pastelería! ¡El personal del bar también ha sido muy amable! La estructura también está situada entre la catedral y el municipio, y se encuentra tanto cerca del centro histórico, como cerca del mar, es decir, muy cómodo. ¡Aconsejo a todos que vayan!

Prenoto su Booking una camera in questo hotel mettendo il filtro “parcheggio” ed il filtro “animali ammessi”. Prime camere disponibili per un sabato notte a partire da 99€ fronte ferrovia, senza colazione, pagamento anticipato senza possibilità di cancellazione. Preferisco andare su una camera fronte mare, che costa alle stesse condizioni e colazione non inclusa 109€. Prenoto, dopo aver visto la media delle recensioni che lo davano come “ottimo”. Allora partiamo col dire che io viaggio veramente tanto sia per svago che per lavoro e sono già tutte le settimane, ho abbastanza in mente sia i prezzi degli hotel che i servizi è davvero vorrei capire come si può dare un 8/10 ad un hotel che non raggiunge nemmeno la sufficienza. Ricevo dopo la conferma della prenotazione una email lunghissima in cui mi viene detto che il costo per l’animale è di 10€ e per il posto auto (non garantito) altri 10€, colazione 5€ a testa. Quindi avessi voluto usufruire di tutti i servizi per cui avevo impostato la mia ricerca, avrei dovuto spendere per una sola notte € 139. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di lasciare il cane dalla mamma del mio compagno, di lasciare l’auto in un posto in strada e fare colazione in un bar….e questo non perché non avremmo voluto spendere 139€…ma per principio è perché quando abbiamo visto la camera ci siamo sentiti onestamente derubati. Il prezzo della camera vecchia, con moquette, tv appoggiata su un frigobar, finestra che da sul mare con un vetro completamente opaco….e bagno strettissimo ed anni 60…dovrebbe essere per essere onesto non oltre le 50€ a notte! Ma la chicca delle chicche…il kit cortesia è a pagamento. Sicuramente il personale è gentile, ma la gentilezza non si paga e con queste cifre onestamente mi aspetterei un tappeto rosso! #adeguatevi oppure #chiudeteproprio

Very nice apartment with a neat design, nothing is missing, sea view, close to the beaches and the train station and city center, I highly recommend this very comfortable apartment
