Spacious grounds in a very quiet and peaceful location. The room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I could not say the same for the restaurant staff, however. Even though the menu was excellent with a large variety of choices, the staff was no where to be found after we got our food. We didn't get the usual Sawasdee upon arrival, nor a thank you , when we were leaving. When we wanted coffee and dessert, I had to go look for staff, finally finding one deeply engrossed in her phone. But when we paid our bill and were walking out, 4 staff immediately appeared to clear our table and close up for the night, since we were the only guests there at the time ( 8:pm ). Food was good though....but the entire experience was less than it could have been.
