La habitación era bonita, justo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia de compras. La señora de recepción fue muy servicial y amable con nuestra pequeña. El desayuno es excelente en una sala de desayunos especialmente diseñada, que es moderna y tiene todo lo necesario. Creo que porque el pub de al lado no abre para el desayuno.

Nos alojamos aquí por 1 noche y no podíamos creer lo bueno que estaba todo. Tuvimos una gran bienvenida a nuestra llegada, la habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda. Al día siguiente, el desayuno era justo lo que necesitábamos y estaba delicioso y ciertamente se sirvió con una sonrisa.

We've had a great weekend, the bed was so comfy and a choice of pillows is always useful. The rooms were very clean and all the staff were really welcoming. The hotel is really centrally located with lots to do nearby. Breakfast was in house in a lovely breakfast room and we would definitely come back again!

We've just come back from a lovely few days in Chester. The staff were so helpful and Katie on reception gave us some great recommendations! The rooms were really clean and had all that you need for a few days away! We will definitely be back!!!

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn! The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were lovely. Katie on reception was so helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying again and will be recommending :)

We accidently left a camera in the room - only realising we'd done so after we'd checked out and left the hotel (which we take full responsibility for as it is totally our own fault). It looks like the camera has disappeared sadly. Not what you expect.

We've had a great weekend, the bed was so comfy and a choice of pillows always a winner. This was very clean and welcoming premier inn and very centrally located. Got to say considering it's on a main road the rooms were quiet and so had a great sleep. Breakfast was in house in a lovely cozy breakfast room and was hot and tasty. I'd very much come back again!

Was there to celebrate my 80th birthday with my family. The staff were amazing and so kind and helpful. There were 14 of us so it must have been quite challenging for them. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Really special weekend. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Transport outside the hotel into the centre of Chester so very convenient although we did use taxis as well which the staff arranged for us. A nice pub next door. Altogether a lovely weekend.
